Location was fantastic
Restaurant was closed and was only told the day before that it doesn’t open on a Tuesday. So if anyone decides to go they make sure u have something to eat before as a taxi was €50 both ways to town, 1.5 miles max. Rooms wasn’t what I would call property clean. Had lots of mosquitoes in the room that decided to have a good go at night.

The location was perfect it had a picturesque view and wonderful balcony but the hotel wasn’t clean at all and it was too tight

Room with private wc and shower. Good location to discover the wonderful area by motorbike. Nice views from the balcony.
Price per night expensive for what you get. Small room, easy and old furnitures, small bed. But it is Switzerland, couldn't find anything cheaper. Breakfast not included. The 3 days of my stay were "ruhetag", so there was no one at reception or at the restaurant.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel. We had an amazing mountain view from our room. You have everything that you need in the room. The hosts are very friendly and polite. The breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommended!

Location and views.
Behavior of the hosts, extremely awkward, unwelcoming and cold.
We struggled to look for the entrance, even though they noticed but didn't come out to help. No clear signs for entrance.
Extremely tiny Bathrooms.

The room was clean and quite big. The hosts are very nice people. The food at the restaurant is local and very tasty, we enjoy it alot after a day of hiking. The accomodation is relatively close by car to all atractions surounding the lakes Thun and Brienz.
And most of all, the view from the balcony is simply breathtaking.
Sincerly we cannot complain about a thing.

We went here to find a quiet place for our dog during the fireworks of Aug 1. It was pretty good, but still noisy. I guess you really need to go to France or Italy to escape completely. The room was nice, the breakfast and dinner were good.
Not many vegetarian selections, but this is typical.

Staff was amazing - we got a lift in the morning all the way to the start if the walk we wanted to do. Thank you so much!

Very friendly and helpful stuff, nice food, cute room with all I needed and a great view. Good price. I would have liked to try the dinner, but wasn't hungrey that night. But am sure it would have been tasty as breakfast was too...
The bathroom was full of little fruit flys, and the rest of the room wasn't as clean as expected. As am not comlicated in this things it din't bother much, but can imagine it would disturb others.

The stuff were very friendly and helpful. You feel like at home. The location and the view were wonderful. The area is very quiet and peaceful😍
The bed and the pillows were not comfortable.
