It is very clean.

There was no kitchenette that was in the package, extremely small room, not convenient for families with little kids and we didn’t get the room that we booked. We booked room with 1 double and 1 twin bed, but we got 1 double and something like recliner and absolutely no kitchenette. We got only small fridge and kettle.

Facilities need serious work. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Shower is made for kids ( shower head only hangs at hip level.why?). Iron I asked for was broken and leaking. No lift and no help to carry heavy bags up the stairs. No isolation - we could hear everything outside.

the receptionist was arrogant, sometimes rude and not helpful at all. the fridge was operating only when the key was on! terrible design if you want to store food for the kid.

The water in the afternoon does not flow but drips, drop by drop... Towels are not changed for 3 days. There is no protection from the sun on the terraces, which are only in the shade until 10 o'clock in the morning...

The host and staff were very nice and polite. The hotel and the room were very clean. The room was cleaned throughly and sheets were changed every day. The furniture in the room was quite new, also the bathroom was new and there was hot water all of the time. The view from our room was excellent. The balcony was pretty big, so you can enjoy it. The breakfast was good, not excellent but good enough. WiFi was good, except in the nights when most (all) of the guests were in their rooms. Definitely we will visit this place again.

Close to the beach, clean, quiet. Regular cleaning and towel and sheets changing. Kind and helpful hosts. It is a family run hotel, I suppose, the hosts were always there, helping with anything we needed. It is a two-story building and most rooms have a side sea view. There is a small restaurant on a ground level, where you can have breakfast (it is charged extra). We chose to buy in a bakery (I adore Greek vanilla pie with cinnamon), but we used to sit in a garden next to the entrance, under a beautiful vine, every morning, where we had our frappe. Parking is available for hotel guests, free of charge. There is a supermarket right across the street, but everything else is also very close to the hotel.

WiFi definitely! I have seen comments of others beforehand, but let me tell you, there is no accommodation in Greece with good WiFi, so I was not too surprised :-). That`s the way it is, at least within this price range. But, to tell you the truth, it didn`t bother me at all.

Excellent location near the beach and many restaurants. Clean and spacious a/c rooms, friendly staff and good value for money.
