very convenient location for a beach holiday , was there with my two boys 6Y & 12Y , easy access to restaurants , beach , shops really good !

Small dinning room but ok !

Hotel Flisvos enjoys a perfect location on Kalamata's waterfront. Exit the front door and you will immediately be able the locals strolling along the seaside. Hotel staff are extremely professional and helpful.

Breakfast options could be slightly improved in terms of variety - quantity is already more than satisfying.

The location of the hotel is great

Everything looks ok but old. No hot water in bathroom unless you call and ask to turn the heating system. No mosquito nets in balcony. The breakfast so poor, no choices. We paid 85 euro but it was worth 40euro. Really feel sorry for money that was spent.

not a lot

It seems I got the room that no-one wanted ☹️ I was right beside the elevator on the top floor… so each time someone used it, I heard a loud bang in my ceiling (maybe the lift mechanism was right above my room?) and it kept me up all night. Considering I can sleep through earthquakes, this is quite a feat. The shower was so small that the shower curtain actually stuck to my body the whole time... it’s like trying to have a shower whilst in a sleeping bag. Unfortunately, my room was on the side of the building, so no sweeping ocean views 😢 And lastly, there was no blanket on the bed, only a thin cover so it was way too cold 🥶

The personnel was very friendly and eager to help.

Smoking is allowed although this was nowhere specified on booking.com nor in the hotel’s policy section Therefore I booked a room there assuming that as most other hotels in the UK and in other European countries we visit, Flisvos would be non smoking as well. Unfortunately though it is, and this was to my detriment as the husband of the couple next door would sit outside and chain smoke at night till 1:00 am. The smoke invaded our balcony and room and made it very difficult to breathe and sleep at night. As I’m a recent cancer survivor, inhaling smoke for 2 hours every night was the least I needed! If I knew it was a smoking hotel despite all the good things about it I wouldn’t have booked a room there 😞

The breakfast & coffee is not self service, guests must inform staff behind the counter what they would like. Small portions served so I always left a little hungry.

Everything was perfect : location right on the beach, friendly stuff, really clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Perfect choice for those money. I recommend for sure and would go again.

We book an economy room and got upgrade to the room with sea view. It was basically at the beach, just across the street. Decent breakfast.

Very noisy from the bars/ night life during the night. But this is the price you pay if you want to stay in the heart of everything.
