There was enough parking space for my car

Since the very beginning till the very end, we got bad eye from the owner, because our dog is heavier than 10 kg (also quiet and very calm). The breakfast was a joke. It is a shame, that people that have a restaurant in the same building, give you a day old pastry, and only sweet stuff to put on it. If this is the traditional, local food of Italy, which they claim they serve, all my friends, that visited Italy must have been liars.

Nice large rooms - two rooms for family connected via bathroom. Good equipment.

Menu in Restaurant was not in English available. Breakfest was very limited (e.g. no eggs). Final price was different in comparison with Booking (cca + 10 EUR).

Two separate rooms linked by big bathroom. Good for families. Very clean.

Safe was broken. Breakfast could have been a bit more choice.

Either the accommodation and the restaurant we tried was great, the room was all new, super clean and all conforts were available. Even though the building is located in the corner between two roads I must say I slept very well and there wasn't noise. The beach is only 3 km away. I recommend it!

Marvellous Restaurant & wines

Very well kept structure, free parking, 3 km distance to the beaches of Lido di Jesolo. Very quiet surroundings, river view. Nice take away pizza and restaurants within walking distance. Sparkly clean, comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Room size a bit small. No lift.

There is a makeshift reception desk in the very dining room. Makes you feel under control while you eat. Poor breakfast. You need to ask for almost everything that you need but is not on the buffet table. No milk, no sliced salami or cheeses. No eggs boiled or scrambled...I mean trying to limit waste of food has its limits as well.
