Attention to guest needs is evident here you can pretty much get everything you need on site the accommodation and facilities no complaints check out is at 11am so if your on late flights better to book the extra night as this place is high in demand with a quick turn over

The Villas were perfect and the overall environment was nice and chilled.

The apartments are huge and clean with good air con and fully functioning kitchen and bbq area, everything you could want. The pool area was clean and you could always get sun beds. The little bar served nice drinks and food which was a reasonable price. The villas are a short 10 min taxi/uber ride away from both the new and old town with loads of lovely shops, bars and restraints. And finally the beach is beautiful and again about 10 mins taxi away. All in all it was a fantastic stay. I have stayed twice now once in a big group of only adults and then second time in a large family group with children and both times it was perfect for our requirements. We will be back to stay again in the future.

Rooms were clean, and very spacious. Pool and pool bar are great, food brilliant. All round good location for groups, families or even a couple looking for a break.

Location is a bit off center so a car is a must for pretty much anything (beach, restaurants, shops, etc) specially if you go with small children, like we did.

The place has a nice Environnement, very clean, however everything is old, some houses has sign of humidity, specially the garage smell of this humidity you feel it im the house; coffee machine is old and gives a terrible taste for the coffee. Bath-up is old and sometimes you see insects from wood on the floor. Ac is very noisy and old. Sound isolation is also poor… you hear everything your name say or do. Wc has a smell and it was not fixed. The chairs and table outside are very old and difficult to you to sitting down ( specially if you are overweight). Some areas of barbecue the sink is broken or the grill is too old. The personal are kind, gentle and professional. However there’s no service! No help with luggage, no water offered to welcomed you. The cleaning service are indeed spectacular despite it Find to expensive for what it is!

You need a car fir everything! The walking access to beach doesn’t exist anymore! Everything they sell at the villa is very expensive not even a welcome water bottles are offered! Coffee machines are old and some parts are even broken! Everything is too old There are vilas with humidity and bad smell.

- Specifically request a villa with a private garage and being given a villa with a garage that nearly destroyed our car - vila R - having to switch villa, otherwise the car would have to stay outdoors - being told they were not aware of the garage problem - I don't even believe that it is legal to build an acess like that ( the car only stood on 3 wheels!!!) - being given a 2nd villa that needed maintenance - the shutters didn't close fully and the maintenance had to go to the house during covid time; also there were no lights in the garage (public area) - finding glasses missing, broken china and appliances in the kitchen - unconfortable seating on the rooftop patio - total absence of soundproof in the villa

Everything was perfect, very clean villa, private garage, much better than some 5 stars villas in Albufeira
