Position, restaurant’s food and great view

nu a fost ceva sa nu ne placă pt ca erea a 6 oara când venim la silva vizitat în 2 zile tot ce erea de vizitat

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun și variat, iar locatia este superba!

Canapea extensibila veche . La fel și șifonierul.

Micul Dejun din prima zi, dezamagitor, la ora 9:00 fara farfurii pentru servit mancarea si fara locuri in sala de mese, de meniu ce sa zic aproape epuizat. Personalul Hotelului responsabil de micul dejun tocmai disparuse, pe cine sa intrebi? Am revenit dupa 30minute. A 2 a zi lucurile la micul dejun au fost rezolvate, atat ca personal cat si ca meniu. Asa-i la noi mai putini oaspeti in Hotel mai proaste servicii, banii tot aceiasi sunt.

Personalul profesionist și dedicat, ei pun lucrurile în mișcare și când spun asta mă refer la punctele forte ale locației: priveliștea minunată, spațiile hoteliere generoase, liniște și calm.

Serviciul WiFi ar putea fi imbunătățit.

Hotel Silva borders the mountain range, thus the view from our hotel room was superb. The food at the restaurant was also very good. And while they don't specify in the menu, some of the dishes can be shared so make sure to ask your waiter.

The old furniture in the room, and a strange smell when we got into the room. Nothing an open window/balcony door couldn't fix. But I did feel that we paid a bit too much for what was being offered.

Very friendly staff, very good food (breakfast which was included but most of it the a la carte dishes - very tasty), rooms clean, towels changed every day

Prices too high for a 3 star hotel

The vintage style in which the hotel is build. The 6th floor is already renewed ( big difference in bathrooms ) Love the restaurant because of the very big space and design. Fair priced for a worm place in that location. (The cable car station is next to the hotel , great mountain view, also the tallest building in the area )

WiFi connection is low ( cannot work from the restaurant )
