The barman in the roof terrace restaurant was professional and friendly , made us feel very comfortable

Very friendly and helpful staff, cleaners were in every day and did a thorough cleaning, breakfast was good and great view from the roof. Pool was clean. Overall a great stay (we are also non Spanish speakers).

Depending on what what kind of traveller you this will vary, we backpacked and cannot fault this venue for our trip!

The view was nice and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. Awesome staff even though some didn't understand English, there was always another staff there that understood it and helped their colleagues out. Jose was nice and the ladies who worked in the restaurant.

I booked this place with the intention of using the rooftop pool. However, the pool was under construction while we were there. COVID had an impact on the place where as the place itself wasn't run down but it's outdated. Also, the area is a bit dangerous so I won't go wondering in the night if I were you.

the room and bathroom were clean, but very basic. it’s good if you need a place for a night, but it’s not a hotel where I would stay for multiple days. price is absolutely good for what you get.

Did not like the LOUD music on the rooftop very unappealing and difficult to carry on a conversation. Front desk staff do not speak English which made it difficult to ask questions. Hotel front desk staff should speak English for tourists and tourism. Hotel is dated bathrooms need major renovations. Rooms need more tables or a desk.

Clean rooms Nice rooftop view and pool with a bar. Breakfast was ok nothing great but ok. Mattresses are comfortable. For the price paid I guess it’s somewhat ok. Jose and the other front door man and the bartend were very pleasant. Housekeeping staff wonderful. The neighborhood poor and kinda dirty but with a lot of character and felt safe.

Staff in hotels MUST speak English they don’t here. Breakfast is limited to three items … eggs but no toast which is strange. Thought it was a breakfast buffet but it is not.should be clarified in the details. Staff need to speak English to facilitate guests and helps tourists and tourism. And be more attentive to guests NOT hide sitting down behind the front desk. Didn’t like that here. Jose was great though! Hotel is very dated needs renovations, bathrooms are old. Need more tables or dressers in rooms. A bar fridge is needed and a must in hotels The rooftop bar music is tooooo LOUD if you are sitting enjoying a drink, can not carry on a conversation because it is tooooo loud.

Noisy area, dirty and out of date equipment, rude staff who hardly speak other languages than Spanish. They canceled my reservation without notice and didnt let me go into my room where I left my bags.

Breakfast was good. My friend and I were very satisfied with the staff and the place overall

The roof bar closing very early, but I guess its due to health requirements regarding the pandemics still.

Rooftop pool, rooms are spacious, restaurant with plenty of choices, breakfast.

The streets around can get a bit noisy, but nothing serious.

Swimming pool area is nice but very loud music from the bar. My room was just below and it was noisy. Good overvall location, near the metro, the waterfront, there's a supermarket just the other side of the road; you can walk to the old town as well... but the 5 blocks from the waterfront to the hotel are scary at night, just be careful.

The hotel has great price to quality ratio. Breakfast was nice, there are several options to choose from, also hours when its offered are favorable. Enough electric outlets, well positioned. Good hotel location (walking distance to Casco Viejo, big bus station (5 de Mayo) closeby that serves many locations, including Albrook and Panama Viejo. Staff, cleanliness OK. Rooftop pool is a good way to refresh!

The only two things that bothered me are one mattress in a queen bed - when my friend moved, I woke up - and thin walls. There were some people talking super loudly in the morning on the hallway so we woke up.

Very very noisy. From the streets as well as the hallways and rooms. Not all staff spoke english, and spoke very fast in spanish. Not willing to help when looking for a toilet just after our check out. Old room and old beds.

The staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. They assisted us in various matters. The hotel provides best value for money (rooftop-pool, included breakfast...).

The area around the hotel is especially at night not the best, but we had no problems so far.
