Breakfast was good and in a nice setting. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area is very nice with views on the mountains. Location is convenient, right next to the bus stop to ski or walking distance from the village centre.

The hotel needs to be refurbished- the room and halls are outdated. The room was too warm at night with no option to adjust temperature (other than opening the window). We had to keep the curtains drawn/blinds down because the room was quite exposed (especially the bathroom!).

Hotel was walking distance from everything of interest in Verbier. The staff were really welcoming and very helpful. The free coach option to every ski area was great for those who used it.

Verbier is an absolutely beautiful place and this hotel was perfect for my daughter and I. We booked a suite and had a beautiful verander with The view of all views. It made the perfect backdrop to many selfies. The suite was beautiful and warm. Clean and cosy. We also used the spa which was also great. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and shops near by. I'm vegan and was thrilled with a platter of vegan meat and cheese as part of my breakfast. Barbra on reception was especially helpful during our stay. Thank you. We also loved that our room had a smart tv. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

I cant find fault in anything. A microwave in the room would be helpful for visitors. We loved everything.

Location of the hotel 15 minutes to the center. Very nice ammenities. Free upgrade of room- congratulations. Small SPA but great for a short retreat. În general, a good breakfast.

Well...you do not make cofee at this level with "substances" at breakfast. It was like a bad ness caffee from about twenty years ago. No hot meal like ommllettes or Bacon. This is a minus. For the location, for Verbier.

I wish the room had a fridge. It was on the small side but I knew that going in. It was however otherwise fully equipped and comfortable.
