The staff are so kind and helpful. They treated us very well. (The bell boy - Premachandra, was always so adorable and chatty). One of the receptionists was extremely attentive and friendly. There is other staff that are so lovely here but these are the 2 people who stood out to us. The pool is huge, clean and refreshing. The sunset view by the beach is amazing. We felt very safe and comfortable here.

5 star in Sri Lanka is not the same as 5 star in the western world but it is stunning and beautiful for Sri Lanka.

Really good location next to the sea and spacious rooms. Good spread in the Breakfast.

We had to wait over 1 hour past the check-in time as the rooms were not ready, and then we were walked into a room that was wet from cleaning. The Iron in the room was not working and despite calling housekeeping several times, we didn't get a working unit.

The bungalow doesn't worse the money, it's old and not well maintained. We didn't even try the jacuzzi at the terrace as didn't really fill comfy there. Would prefer to stay in the normal room with the sea view.

We had problems with air conditioning: A hotel staff send the technicians to the room which took about 1 hour in the evening and finally did not fix a problem. Finally we escalated an issue at the reception and after that we moved to another room. We lost about 2 hours for AC issue when we had a plans to visit swimming pool or other great hotel facilities.

Lovely hotel, quite small and friendly but very relaxing. Located directly on the seafront. Our room was lovely with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.

The food was nice but limited choices.

-Stayed in Suite 4 and Suite 5: beautiful rooms, great balcony, comfortable beds, ac, lovely bathroom -Fabulous pool -Food on al a cart menu was good -Great breakfast Tip: Pay as you go, the accumulated bill at the end can be hard to figure out

-There wasn't enough sun beds for everyone which meant an early morning rush to try and grab one -Crows were very annoying and the bangers left off to scare them interrupted the peace 🤣 Outside of the hotels control: The beach was disgusting-covered in litter, not nice to walk on.

The pool is the only best part of this hotel , the staff working by the pool are friendly and helpful , the pool setting is modern , water is clean as well it's big enough to have a good swim

The whole hotel needs renovation The rooms are big but furniture is quite old as well the curtains are very dirty , the shower water is either too hot or too cold and pressure is low , the A/C control panel n the room does not function correctly same applies to the fan in the ceiling There is a lack of consistency in the service offered by the staff , they needed to be reminded how to do service recovery for a bad experience happened during my stay The food at the buffet is below average , à la carte menu food is slightly better but I ordered the same food plate 2 times ,1st time it was delicious and well presented ,the 2nd time it was not good and not plated nicely Be careful when settling out the bills as I found out 2 items were charged to my room but were not the ones I ordered There are a lot of crows flying over the pool area , they are ruining the calm and quiet moments that I was looking to have by choosing this hotel This hotel has potential but needs a better management and maintenance

I was staying with my family. They added me 25/- US $, because my daughter is older than 12 years, but they don’t supply us additional beds. We were sleeping in one bed.

Did not prepare extra bed or canopy for us.

What a beautiful hotel! The location is perfect with a lovely pool overlooking the beach. Breakfast is fantastic. So many options. The staff are wonderful and we felt very welcome. Will definitely return.
