Good location. Clean and quiet. Use of kitchen

Difficult checking in if neither your phone service or internet connection is not linking. Also door to patio did not open.

We were on a 3 week bike tour through Europe (EuroVelo 15) and this was a convenient mid stop between Stein am Rhein and Basel. Laundry room was free to use, washers and dryers, they blanked out all the confusing modes on the machines which was super helpful for us as well! Lots of food options around. Rooms had an outdoor patio, and plenty of space inside for storing our bikes. Our room had a bidet and large shower.

Everything is handled using app/web interface, check-in, unlocking entrance door, room key, laundry room... Nice that there is no key to loose, though for some, it could be a bit frustrating if you accidentally close the browser, or your phone battery dies.

Close to the termal baths.

•No instruction about where to park your car. (A guest I spoke told me to leave my car in front of the metered spaces, that police was not seen in months. So I left my car there, and was not fined. •The keyless entry is a bit unclear procedure, that takes time, aspecially if you are not comfortable with your mobile phone. If you have problems, support is not available outside office hours.

I did not see any staff so I could nor rate it. All was automated what worked very good but it misses a bit personal touch

The website is only in German and impractical. When I did arrive it wasn't working actually + IT WASN'T SAFE AT ALL cause I got my card cloned. When you have to pay, even trhough h Booking they send you a link so you pay through their website and not here. Through the link they send you the amount to pay and you have to put ALL YOUR CARD INFORMATION. I felt safe since I got all my payment by authorization with pin and fingerprint. . after almost 2 weeks after checkout I saw that this property took money from my bank account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATIONS. It was really strange because I paid everything in advance and with the payment link they sent., so worried I contacted them. ONLY IN THAT MOMENT they told it was for extra cleaning ...also Strange, because they never contacted me when I left the room so I thought it wasn't my room. After I asked for a refund since I thought It was an error ( they never sent me any bill or link) they threatened me by mail to take more money for the disturb because I was sending them a lot of emails to asl for explanations or a legal bill. It was really annoying, disappointing, they never replied to me anymore. I LITERALLY GOT MY MONEY STOLEN. Since they never contacted me when I left the room/they never sent me any bill/threatened me I had to contact the assistance of Booking. If it was sERIOUS and what they said was true they would have contacted me immediately at check out by sending me receipts or ask me for money in any case, not using the data of my card as they liked, threatening me. Disappointed! the wifi connection it's public, they don't have a private one. services are inexistent, I've never seen anyone. After this for sure I'll only chose property that let you pay through Booking! Not through private website because you never know what they do with your datas. FOR LONG STAYER: cleanings/change of towels only every 2 weeks. If not you have to pay 30 CHF. Not fair at all.
