The maids were rude and continually bothered us, even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door and then they kept our deposit saying that we had unauthorized pets when we actually have three service animals for our disability. We need our deposit back of $100 cash or another room for the evening.

Upstairs room, facing the main street , noisy from the traffic, but if you leave the air conditioner on it drowns out some of the noise.
Air draft comes in from the front door bottom, you can see outside, the door could use rubber seal at bottom of door. The sleeping pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, bring your own pillows to sleep. Several TV Controllers did not work they need new batteries . No elevator , so if you have bad knees stay down stairs.The price was reasonable. The Days Inn is close to Restaurants, Gas Stations and 10 minutes from Quchan Casino.

If you don't wanna be ripped off. Stay away. I met a lady outside the hotel who warned me not to stay because they ripped her off. Unfortunately, I already made reservations that day. Now, I became the victim. Stay away.

I have video of a front desk worker arguing with a guest about bringing her service dogs inside my room. I’m checking with an attorney before I release it.

The property is right on Hwy 95/16th St. so there is a fair amount of noise from cars, trucks etc. This is on the front side of the building so if you can get a room on the back side it will be quieter. The location is only a few minuters from Interstate 8 and there are dozens of good places to eat within walking distance. Mattress was very firm which was a plus for me. No maid service in 3 days but that may not be unusual these days. All in all well worth the cost of the room given the condition and convenience of the location. Will certainly stay again when in Yuma.

I don’t respect the Hilton for a bargain price, but the pools been out for over 3 to 4 years and they never said anything about that. No hot tub and the neighborhood is sketch save your money somewhere else.

I stepped into a puddle of water (presumably water) next to the toilet when I entered the bathroom the first time. I saw it again during later visits. I was there for just the night, which helped me not get stressed out. Wanted to let the hotel staff know when I was leaving, but the office was empty. I just dropped off the keys and left. There appears to be a lack of proper maintenance.

Short stay on my way through AZ. Was able to book within hours of checking in. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and exactly what I expected for the hotel chain and price offered. Everyone was kind and made for an easy stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable but not fancy. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, too hard. The room was well air conditioned with a good ceiling fan. Breakfast was mediocre, sufficient.

Not the motels fault but contractors next door started work at 5:30 am and woke us.

About a good as you can expect from a Days Inn. Relatively private on the back side of the property. Air conditioner works well and free breakfast every morning.

Nicole was excellent. Tired facility: stain on ceiling, snd lampshade, sheet had worn spots. Excellent cooling, breakfast was good. A welcime respite after s frustrating day.

It was 107 outside and the AC had not been on. After turning on the AC, it screeched and made a terrible noise. I checked with the office to let them know that the noise was too much. They said that all the units were noisy and that it should calm down after a while. I went to dinner and returned to the same loud noise and no cooling. I had to go to the office and tell them that I could not stay.

Beds were not very comfortable, room door was damaged from Under and allowed insects to get into the room . The pool was very dirty and so was the jacuzzi , these were not sanitary to be in. Breakfast was included but quality was poor.

Quiet room. Perfect for a one night stay at this affordable hotel. Even had a breakfast to start the day.
