My husband and I had to stay here while we were getting our truck repaired at the Freightliner down the street. Thankfully the Freightliner offered shuttle service. The hotel itself was clean and kept up and the staff were very nice. It wasn’t the most updated room, but wasn’t old and worn down either. We upgraded to a hot tub room for extra relaxation which was really nice. And there was an exhaust vent over the hot tub which was very smart. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fairly clean, some discoloration in the tub and on the shower curtain, but over all clean. Breakfast was included with our stay, but we didn’t partake. My only complaints is that the maintenance man came through the hallway a few times mid-morning blasting music from a speaker in the garbage can he was pushing around. We were already awake so thankfully his extremely loud music didn’t wake us, but I’d imagine if someone had a late night or just wanted to sleep in, that would have been very disruptive. That was quite inconsiderate of him. And someone was smoking marijuana and stunk up the entire wing we were in as we were leaving the morning of checkout. But there is nothing the hotel and staff could have done to prevent that from happening. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

The bed was super comfortable. Loved that it had a seperate tub, but the toilet was very small and sat low. Way too small and sat way too low.

The stay was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the room was big bathroom a little small but water pressure was great!, pool and hot tub were huge, the hotel was quiet and right by quick food spots, staff were very friendly and quick with service like towels etc.!!! Overall one of the best hotels I’ve been to can’t wait to book again

The room smells like smoke, our cards don't work to open our door, had to go back and get new cards 2 times and still only one sometimes works, there are several lights that don't work in the room and the remote doesn't work for tv. The only reason I didn't give less stars is the staff have all been very helpful.

Toilet was leaking at the shut off valve. But was addressed during our stay. Toilet was running. Maintenance fixed it, but it soon after started running again. had a little trouble with the TV. Controller did not work. I took the batteries out and turned them put them back in and it worked. But then the TV would not turn on. Found out that it was actually not plugged in. So I fixed that and then I got a message on the TV screen that there was no service. At that point, I called the front desk and the young lady was able to talk me through getting the service back on. The fire door on the first floor was propped open several times by stones. I’m sure it’s the smokers in the building. But it is a bit concerning because anyone could walk in. I notified the desk. After that, I just kept kicking the stone out. Tried to report it at the front desk again, but the line was extremely long and I did not have time to wait.

I will definitely be staying here next time I come up to Monroe, staffing was very friendly and honestly it's the best I've slept in forever ❤️

Room set up and size excellent. Bed extremely comfortable. Hotel overall shows age and ongoing use. Needs attention for minor but noticed repairs. Toilet handle stuck and runs unless juggled. Chips in bathroom vanity. No sink stopper in vanity. Several large stains in carpet (being pet friendly) caused some concerns on cleanliness. Requested room service for housekeeping three times over two days, apparently front desk and housekeeping need to work on communication skills or method. Finally went to front desk to ask for fresh towels - told room service only available three days a week upon request. Guess my requests didn’t count. Took out own trash on 4th day. Breakfast was good, but repetitive. Lobby cleanliness excellent. Would stay again if a shorter timeframe. Pool was great for the families. Parking lot definitely needs some attention. Pot holes jolted some things, but have been staying here off and on for past ten years.
