The shower heads and small stuff like that needs updating, but it was clean and staff was friendly.

Great stay, staff was super nice. The hot tub jets didn’t work while we were there but it was still hot. Everything was nice and clean.

We enjoyed our time at hotel. Parking was close to the door that was a plus since my disability allows me to walk so far. I was happy that were able to place me easy access room so I would not have to walk far.

In Rochester for a weekend away. Very good experience and great quality bed and breakfast. It lacked the special touch like larger towels, a cookie at check/in or high quality soap to make me rate it excellent. Interim cleaning for a two night stay only by request. Several miles from Mayo Clinic but convenient drive there. Liked having sofa in our queen room so two could sit. Would love addition of uSB plugs.

The staff here has gone out of their way to help us out and to correct any issues that we’ve raised immediately. They’ve been wonderfully accommodating in every sense.

Our room smelled like pot. They did come in with an air freshener.

room was adequate for space fridge rattled all the time and had to be unplugged to sleep chunk of ice defrosted and fell onto the rack making a huge noise at 3am to wake me up pool was cold, not properly heated one pool light (on and working) was out of the housing and hanging into the water by the exposed wires hot tub jets were weak, but hot tub was hot asked for towels for swimming but did not receive any in the 15 minutes while swimming, walked dripping wet back to room room cleaning only every 3 days of stay, which is nice, but nobody came to stock any items. shampoo and conditioner are one use only, yet nobody bothers to refill, tea and coffee the same way. all out of decaf in the breakfast nook overall, rooms capture all the sounds from neighbors all around (above and beside) and from the hall. noise levels after 10pm are reasonable, but that is totally dependent on the guests and not the design of the rooms

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom toilet seat was not attached, but we mentioned it to the front desk and they immediately took care of it! The breakfast was sufficient. Thank you for a nice stay!

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Hot tub had no pressure so we went to the hot tub in our room also low pressure. Shower also had low pressure. Hotel is very outdated with no usb plug-in and room smelled like a smoker had been in there. Air conditioner wouldnt cool room even when set at 60.

Hot tub didnt work

The towel hanging rack in the bathroom above the toilet fell out of the wall when and hit the person I was staying with while she was using the toilet. Horrible. She got injured on her hand and head. Not impressed at all. Was offered nothing as compensation.

Clean, friendly staff and quiet. Only complaint is that bathroom had no fan, so after shower mirror was covered with steam. Also, no shelf in shower to set shampoo, soap etc.

When I arrived at the property they did not have my reservation that I reserved with Expedia. Talked with Expedia and said they would give a refund. But the next day they turned on that decision and are refusing the refund for the reservation that the hotel could not find. In the future I will be make my reservations directly with the hotels Thanks for nothing Expedia.

Everything was good. Hotel a bit dated but in good shape. Would stay there again and recommend to a friend

The staff was great - helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us. However, maintenance seems to take a back seat. There were some things that weren't working correctly, like the toaster in the breakfast area, that didn't get fixed.

I had been on the road for almost three hours. Arrive & no one is at the front desk, waited ten minutes. Called both numbers, no one answered. Finally, someone comes & I get my room & it was dirty & the sheets were stained. Gross. Run down

Walked into our room and the fridge was disconnected and sitting in our bathroom sink. We had to ask them twice to replace it. Sheets and blankets were visibly stained and dirty. I asked for another blanket and they said they keep no extras. Tv did not work.

DIRTY, RUDE EMPLOYEES,

I was there from 7/2-7/5 and my room was never serviced the hot tube did not work at all until 7/4 and still then was not working properly the heat was inconsistent and the jets did not work and there was an extreme amount of chlorine in the hot tube it completely bleached my swim suit and I found an ear wig on my pillow right next to my head on my last night there…. There was barely staff at the front desk and the manager was damn near impossible to get a hold of

Needed to mow lawn- missing screw in our door- electrical box outside tipped over with wires exposed. Notified personnel about missing screw in our door to the room but nothing done.

The first room we got had dead bugs on the bed and stains all over the mattress. The second room had mold on the ceiling and vents in the bathroom and smelled odd. The pool area had dirt and huge clumps of hair all over the floor and in the pool. The stairs were dirty. We were there for two nights and the stairs were not vacuumed once. I get that dirt happens but clumps of dried mud that were visible and not addressed is quite gross. The staff we dealt with were nice, but as a “choice” hotel that claims they sanitize the rooms for each new guest is questionable at best. I would not stay at this hotel again.
