Not a 5 star hotel very few amenities and a charge for everything I tried to get a toothbrush I had to call 4 different numbers spend 5 mins hunting for a staff member only to be told they didn’t have a toothbrush Parking for 150kn a day is pretty steep especially when you consider other 5 star hotels in the area offer free parking The biggest let down is the fact that there is no actual beach club attached to the hotel. You pay a random premium to be in a 5 star hotel and end up having to walk qu mins and PAY just to use the beach very disappointing

A top quality hotel right next to the sea, and with lots of restaurants and bars only a short walk away. Food and staff were excellent. Rooms are ok. Space for sun bathing is limited and its difficult to get a sun bed.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff/service. They sent a staff member to the parking garage with bottles of water for our road trip after we had checked out. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the shower was huge and loved the rain shower. The free breakfast was over the top for being European. Eggs were delicious and the fresh juice was yummy. What a lovely hotel!

Room: we booked superior room because there was no other option. The room is ok, nice. However, it is not a 5 star room. We were in the new part of the hotel which is more modern, for my personal taste I prefer older part. The room was clean, minibar was rich, the view was amazing-facing the sea and the pool area. The bed was great, pillows were perfect. Toiletries were not 5 star, vanity kit was open and missing the q-tips. There were no bags for lady pads, later I found them in the carton box in the drawer with a blow-dryer which was screwed-in the drawer and the one that you need to hold in ordert to blow. The blow was slow and my super thick hair made the whole washing my head again there experience, just not happening. We were on the first floor, the watter preasure was ok but not from the rain shower (you need to spend a lot of time to wet the hair standing under it), so rather take the holding one. But, did not take 2 min when the hot water went off. I needed to finish with the cold one. When they cleaned the room, they didnt touch the toilet bin and we did not get new toiletries. For the room experience - 3 stars! All the rest together with: The staff, the program, the breakfast was extra great! 5 stars! Recommendations: Book at least deluxe room, you get complimentary wine and chocolates and much better service. In my opinion those sort of rooms that we had should not exist. If you cannot give proper service, rather don’t have it at all.

overall, it was a nice relaxing experience and hotel. only thing we would consider is the evening live music outdoors which goes until midnight. Next time, we would avoid this area completely for something quieter.

Beautiful hotel with Old World Charm. Great location in the heart of everything and they have parking! Pool is small and they charge you for chairs out on the deck area, but except for that it is a wonderful spot.
