We got upgraded to a deluxe double room with a view of the vineyard. Lovely room! Clean and well maintained. Only minus, no vanity amenities in the spa/room like cotton tip.

It was the only hotel of 14 we stayed in Europe we had to pay for breakfast. If you don’t do any reservations in their restaurant, you can’t have dinner, and unfortunately, we couldn’t. The hotel’s location is nice and we loved the town.

Hotel is very convenient for access to the town, and for walking in the countryside. Spa was small but nice and not busy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean, has great amenities, food, and more importantly awesome staff they were all so helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.

Property was unique as a Best Western type property, and was well maintained and staffed.
Our room was too unique - Room 301 required that I take the elevator to the top floor (level 2) and them wend my way to a tight and cramped circular stairway and carry my bags up the stairway to our room. With a larger bag, this was not easy for someone over 60 years old. But we managed, and the room was very nice and comfortable.

Great hotel in Riquewihr! Great location with walking distance to the village. Nice, clean rooms and a great outdoor pool. We also had a great dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff!

Stayed in a deluxe room with balcony in the new wing and could enjoy the sun until around noon. Saw one of the older rooms - also nice, but the upgrade is worth the money. Excellent breakfast, cleaning and staff. Didn't use the spa. Only thing is that the information in the room says, that cleaning is done by 1 pm - most days that was 3 pm (not a major dealbreaker :-)). Would definately stay again.

Walked the vineyard trail to the other village. Beautiful scenery. Excellent breakfast and delicious dinner options. Pierre and Jeffrey were so very helpful. Pierre made wonderful wine suggestions from the region, and Kakarian at the front desk was courteous and friendly. Would stay at this property again.

Delightful stay! We enjoyed the free parking, friendly staff, bar, breakfast, and clean rooms. We also had a massage and enjoyed the spa area. Loved how easy the parking was and how easy it was to walk to and around town. Would stay again!

Our corner room was modern and we had a superb view from two sides. Breakfast was modest but good quality. Room smelled a bit funky the first night but was fine after we opened the balcony doors for a few hours. Shower was modern but the water pressure was weak. Super location a block from the old town.

We traveled as 2 newly married couples, we didnt know what to expect !!! BUT IT WAS SIMPLY AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE .. PERFECT.. Parfait ! :) The service, the location of the hotel, the surrounding area .. The staff were very nice and friendly !! Diffidently will come back again .. for the same room !!! as it was exactly as described in photos !!! Couldnt ask for more ... THANK YOU !!!
