Pictures nothing like the actual room. Executive room photos used for standard 2 bedroom apartment. Very stingy on something as simple as a towel, booked for 4 people and provided 2 towels each day not sure if they expect you to share. Shouldn’t have to complain about the same thing each day. Attitude of the workers when asking for the basic things like a towel or toilet paper pretty disgusting.

Very noisy with an altercation outside our room in the lane between young people and the police between 2am and 3am. The property needs updating - it feels old and "tired". Staff were helpful.

Helpful staff, quiet room, hotel undergoing some renovations which will improve overall feel and quality. I was disappointed that the cafe down stairs was closed during our stay, but some quality local ones were a short walk away. Parking was plentiful and bed comfy.

My recent stay at Quest Albury for the most part, a delightful experience. The ambiance, amenities, and attentive staff contributed to a memorable stay. However, on the last night, I discovered a significant issue in one of the bathrooms—the ceiling displayed a concerning amount of mold. This unexpected discovery was disappointing and indicated a lapse in the housekeeping department's thoroughness. Addressing this concern would undoubtedly enhance the overall quality of the stay. Despite this, the positive aspects of the hotel make it a worthwhile choice, with the hope that they address this specific issue for future guests.

The rooms are a great size, very clean and heaps of amenities. The staff and service was amazing. The location is great, short walk to shops, cafes, pubs.

Property was just ‘ok’, a lot of money for what it is. We booked for 3 adults yet were provided linen for 2.

Quest Albury is a great location however the property is getting tired and needs a good paint and freshen up. For the price I feel they need to spend some money updating things.

Very convenient location, walking distance to shopping and eateries. I have stayed there many times and will return in the future.

Lovely, pleasant staff :) The hotel is very tired and well overdue for a complete refurbishment (not just a fresh coat of paint). I could fit my mobile phone through the gap underneath the door to the hallway which meant it was very noisy (until I rolled up a towel and used it like a draft excluder).

Bit disappointed - Property needs some TLC - carpet very worn in hallway before going into rooms & needs to be internally repainted. Bed quiet hard. Basic room needing some styling but had everything we needed.

There was no hot water, when told reception staff they said oh you’re the second person who said that… then said might need to call a plumber. No apologies or anything Not happy at all

Excellent position walking distance to shops and Albury Club which we visited a lot for meals. Great range of shops in Albury. Excellent coffee shop in Myers Mail opposite side of centre to Woolworths entry. The noise issue was from parking area opposite our room with gates, rubbish bins and cars going all day. Second time stayed at Apartments but if booked again would book room higher up the building. It got very cool in room with no sunshine. First floor where we stayed we didn't like plus couch very uncomfortable. Staff at desk very helpful. We didn't eat at downstairs cafe but seemed very busy and obviously well liked. Being Albury Club members for many years we preferred going there, especially hadn't been to Albury since Covid lockdown. Botanical Gardens walk still excellent place to visit.

Great location, friendly welcome, spacious and clean with toiletries provided. Great parking and in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very quiet and has dining available at the restaurant out front. Staff excellent. Close to town.
