Very comfortable and quiet. The bed and pillows were great. They may have been brand new. We didn’t hear other guests at all. It’s easy to get to, lots of parking, and has EV charging spots. Perfectly acceptable hotel. They were doing internal renovations but actually, it was not bothersome at all. Did not use the pool and did not check out the restaurant

The hotel is going through renovations. So there were plastic sheeting all over the place. But overalll it was a comfortable stay. Room was clean.

Room was great, WIFI was really good, food is expensive for a breakfast, but was good too. The staff is friendly. Highly recommend.

With there being renovations going on at the hotel to do up grades, which is great, the cost was a bit high for our rooms…..even for a long weekend. There was nothing going on in the area…ie….fair grounds weren’t going, and nothing in at amphitheater…etc.
But otherwise I would recommend this hotel because it was very clean, and staff was amazing and friendly at the front desk and in the restaurant.

The room was not clean. The desk and bathroom door handles were very sticky.

Our carpet was soaking wet from a leak in the bathroom. We had to walk through wet carpet to go into the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price we paid. And they had no breakfast available on Saturday.

Paying so much for a room while it’s under renovations and how much noise travels. I could clearly hear the people in the hallway talking with normal voices clearly and hearing the alarms for the people next door through the walls.

Needs refreshing in the room. The staff were friendly. No amenities to speak of in the room, like bottled water. I would stay here in a pinch but prefer Best Western Plus hotels.

Stayed in King bed. It collapsed when you sat on it. Must be really old. The room was clean, no problem other than the mattress. Had back pain in the morning. Should’ve asked for another room. Don’t stay in room 420.

What l did not like was pool too small and no hot tub put me off

Got checked in amazing but get to our room the Bathroom is gross dirty and bedding needed a dust off. We stay at all holiday Inns not this one not worth the money Your paying 200 a night at least up keeps the rooms like CLEAN IT. Smalls hairs everywhere using cardboard to shim the table's and desks

Had a great 2 night stay. The onsite restaurant is never a disappointment. Great food and amazing staff! Especially the lady during the breakfast/morning shift! My room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and loved the pillows were marked as “firm” and “soft” - I’ve never seen this at another hotel. It was a great stay!

Convenient location and undergoing renos. Drains are slow running and bathroom could have been cleaner. Advised front desk and they agreed to have maintenance take action.

Everything was fine, but maybe not excellent. The staff were nice, and the room was clean. We found the bed to be too soft for our taste, but that's obviously just a personal preference. We also found the walls to be a little thin with our neighbouring unit. They weren't being loud or rowdy or anything, but you could hear them chat while we were trying to sleep. We'd stay again though, if we were working in the same location again.

This was a great place to stay! Close to all the main highways yet a quiet area. Those who are my age will understand that I appreciated the toilets being high and the beds low. And the staff were so helpful!

The mattress was the only positive thing. No tissue paper, limited toilet paper, no complimentary water ( $3 for a small bottle ) 1/2 restaurant under construction, cleaning supplies left in lobby, microwave on desk, outside air condition very noisy, weird smell in hallway and all that for more than $200 a night. Ridiculous

Okay I’m just trying to be honest and this property is getting a bit long in the tooth. Not dirty mind you just dated. Looks like they have a big remodel scheduled to start Oct 1 so this will help I stay at these hotels a lot throughout western Canada.
