Hotel was functional and convenient for Honfleur.
No restaurant was an inconvenience having travelled a long way that day. Needed to walk in belting rain to town of Honfleur.

Great place for visiting honfleur or for an overnight stop off point - 15 minute walk to harbour and town centre - good parking and quiet .

A wonderful stay, at a wonderful apartment in a wonderfully pretty and interesting town. We booked this as a halfway stop between Nantes and Calais on our journey back to Dover and then onto Norfolk. We are going to return next year to the same apartment and spend a few more days in the very pretty town of Honfleur.

Checking in and out in this hotel was quite easy as the receptionists were friendly and accommodating even though communicating with us in English was challenging. We booked a room with a kitchenette and it was spacious; it had sufficient storage to hang our clothes and store our things. Also, the bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great. However, the condition of the room was in dire need of improvement and maintenance .The drapes were stained and dingy, mold on the bedroom‘s ceiling, the heaters and the air conditioning were not working ( they were turned off ), towel warmer in the bathroom was broken. In addition , the hotel is located on the main street, making it an easy driving access to the old town, but, there is no pedestrian crossing from the hotel to reach the sidewalk across the street, this is quite hazardous for pedestrians. Finally, as the hotel offers laundry facilities, it is essential that it mentions that it is with a cost and it has to be arranged during front desk hours.

We had a fabulous stay at Tulip Inn. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a problem with our refrigerator and a replacement was provided immediately. We loved the pool - more often than not we were the only ones using it and the sauna was an added bonus! Honfleur was a short walk away. A perfect stay- comfortable beds and great having the option to self - cater. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return 😊

Great 2nd stay at the Tulip - 1 bedroom apartment and pool is fab, as is the proximity to the town centre - parking on site can be a lottery though

Very good place to stay for central Honfluer easy to find with free parking and within 5min stroll to the town. small pool but lovley for a dip after a journey. Breakfast reasonably priced with a good selection. Would stay there again.

The reception is very early closed (8PM). Only help from a call number. For walking is the way very dangerous. There is a good breakfast but it's very busy.

Asked directions. Unhelpful front desk. No greeting at check in. Only morning coffee available was out of a hallway machine.
No ice available. Scratchy old towels. Had to cross over a highway to get into the old town.
Unless you’re looking for just a hostel upgrade- Would never stay here again.

The tulip inn needs an upgrade. The rooms are dated and small. We stayed four years ago and the furniture is the same. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is well located.

Just a couple of days away. Room was good, excellent facilities including fridge and kettle. Bed was hard and pillows not comfortable. Breakfast was average as if you were late the hot cooked food had run out.

The hinges of the shower were a bit dirty, the shower head had limescale, could have cleaner. And no air con, the room was hot. Over, it was on alright day.

The hotel is perfectly situated if you are using Honfleur as a stay over before sailing from Le Harve.
Easy to find although not much around for food choice in walking distance using the car to Honfleur may have been better?

Perfect location for seeing Honfleur, very easy to find with plenty of parking. Five minute walk to the old town.
We had a deluxe apartment for four people, chosen because it said "two baths". This meant exactly that, there were two showers but only one toilet so don't expect two complete bathrooms.

We were given a ground floor room with no air con and the only thing that opened was a French door. We upgraded to an upstairs room, only to find that it was the same. We had to prop the door open with the table to get some air on a hot night.

Great location near to the old part of Honfleur and with parking. We had a large room with a little kitchenette which was well equipped so it would have been easy to self cater - especially with a Lidl over the road. Only downside was the bed which was too hard for us but may not be for others. Could recommend fully

Horrible customer service. Dirty and smelly rooms. The "new" receptionist lied to us about free brakefast the night we checked in. The in morning we we're charged 30 Euro for the worst brakefast in France. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night in a double room at the front of the hotel, we had a small kitchenette and a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. There is a Lidl just across the road, so we got a bottle of wine and sat on our balcony in the early evening and enjoyed the view of the huge Pont de Normandy bridge. If you cross the road and walk past Lidl towards the river, you can walk along the rivers edge all the way into town. (about 20 minutes stroll) Honfleur is beautiful with a lot of exceptional restaurants.
We had breakfast in the hotel both mornings, bacon. scrambled eggs, fresh rolls, pastries, pancakes, juice, coffee and much more. It was continually topped up by the friendly staff.
We had booked through Expedia and had paid in advance, so when we checked out we just had the visitor tax to pay.
Great hotel, just out of town, free parking on site. there is also an outside swimming pool. A steam room and sauna - So its perfect for a couple of days away!
