Very good residential building. nothing around the properly except a small grocery shop. Great view and great amenities.

Overall it is a quiet place. The property has been there quite sometime and more of a residential place. Spacious but kind of old.

This property gives a great bang for your buck. The price is wonderful for a three bedroom two bath apartment with a pool, gym and other games like ping-pong and pool. Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive.
The apartments are comfortable and the AC is fantastic! You won't be hot in these apartments. The rooms were clean and included a washer and area for drying clothes. Cleaning service is available when requested. No cable television but they are connected to internet so you can watch whatever service you use such as Netflix, Prime Video or Youtube. The kitchen has basic items in it and a microwave. Water is available on another floor or for a small fee you can buy a water bottle for a provided dispenser.
Breakfast is available but not plentiful and not that great. But, free snacks are available any time.
The condition of equipment in the gym, pool table and ping pong table are poor and available bicycles. They are not maintained and some things are falling apart.
The building is old and the walls are not painted and kept nice. There seems to be no budget for maintenance. Windows in the apartments are old and don't seal well, letting in the heat from the outside.
Overall, however, this is a comfortable and friendly place to stay. It is a great value for the money.

This property isn't luxurious but their customer service is very good. This is perfect for a comfortable sleep only. They have a pool, sauna, gym but they're basic too. No regrets on my part of booking this.

The worst apartment so called suite i ever stayed with my family. Its so dirty, the smell of old apartment. The plate is dirty.. The bathtub we need to clean ourself because its too dirty. Most of the things inside the apartment need to change. Oven kettle toaster the condition is too bad too dirty! Eventho we are not using it. Not worth for money.

Nice appartment for big family with full air-conditioned and the pool was good, have many leisure like pool table and gym. The view my room upfront the pinang brecht and the sea.

Terible hotel, dusty hotel, old outdated, need refurbished, like haunted hotel, bathroom a lot stain, mattress is broken, not a good place to stay, request for towel take 2 hours to reach, when check out give wrong deposit to other unit, make me wait more than 30min to settle check out. Bad management. All need change.

I get free upgrade to 2bedded room suite. Actually everything is good. Soft pillow and bed, got washing machine, refrigerator, sofa, tv, cutleries, kettle. BUT its too dusty! I can see the pile of dust everywhere. Dead cockroach too. I have to clean the rooms myself. Been requesting for room service but no action taken. And the toilet seat is broken 😅 I wish the rooms have been cleaner, it would be perfect!

The unit was old, bathrooms were not in the best conditions. Yes, we got a whole unit to ourselves : a double room, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. But they were not in their glossy conditions (and dusty in many places). Hence, with the same amount of money, I'd suggest to get elsewhere that offers just a room; a clean and nice one (if you dont need the living room and kitchen).
The first unit that we were offered has a musty, old building kind of smell. We asked for a change but they said all units are the same. (Fortunately) the light in the bedroom was not working and they were not able to fix it, hence we were offered a change.
The second unit was slightly better as it did not have the musty smell. But in terms of conditions and furniture-age, i think they are equally old.

This hotel definitely is NOT a 4-star resort as posted by hotels.com!!
We stayed at 2-bedroom suite 604 and 1-bedroom suite 607. Both suites are terribly dirty and run down! Hair found in the master bathroom bath tub. No shower curtain or door in all bathrooms. Shower heads are half functioning with water spread over the tub and wet bathroom floor. Molds are all around the bathtub and the vanity sinks! Stove and fridge are extremely old and run down. Molds also found along the baseboard along the wall in the living room as well. It was a terrible experience for us. We will never return to this place again!!

Near to shopping mall but just road crossing to convenient store and an eatery stall...what most unconvenient to me is that no way to contact the property and the contact provided are either not reachable or not available..this is soo unplesant and unfreindly

Rather old apartment... The WiFi wasn't working at all... The only good thing is that pets stay free... A large Crocoach was in the second bedroom hence couldn't sleep in there!

Everything was good. The initial step into the rooms made us mesmerised by the interior. It was so nice as it potrayes classic and vintage style! IRooms were hygiene and tidy. Only bathrooms were a bit old but all equipment function well. Overall, it was a great reasonable and recommended night stay for a family.

Apartment come with 3 rooms ( KIng/Queen/single) . Room cleanliness was very terrible including bedsheet/pillow . Feel uncomfortable the minutes we step in .Common toilet ceiling leakage during showering . TV remote control damaged and not working.Balcony ceiling full with dirt (spider web).NO hair dryer in room .I will not go back again.

I stayed at this apartment for one night only. The rooms were spacious and the beds were properly made up. The kitchen was also clean and all the utensils were well-kept. Wifi was also available and the coverage was good. The place is near the city,so going to places was not much of a hassle. I definitely recommend this place to those who plan to do a family day. This would be the perfect place!

As stated above in my overall rating, I was a little disappointed in some of the staff because of their bizarre behavior toward me. That is, my room was searched by two hotel staff for unknown reason. I made a complaint with the manager however there was never a rational explanation given for the incident. Another staff person, on two occasions, followed me on the hotel grounds. I report these experiences with mixed emotions because other staff members were very friendly and presenting with a high degree of professionalism. I am a retired Police Officer so I feel quite secure in my observations.

The was our first trip to Penang. We had looked at the things to do and the beaches and places to eat and shop. All in all the experience is similar to any other island in SE Asia except there is not a lot of excitment. Beaches in Ferrenghi were deserted which was kindly of nice, no crowds. Upper Penang Road was disappointing, was expecting a bit more of a lively atmosphere. I look forward to seeing the west coast when that area starts to grow and hopefully a more exciting atmosphere will be created for those of us who like to be a little crazy at times. Overall, Penang is a very nice place for family and to relax and do very little.

Took a 3 bedroom apartment which is value for money and got all the niceties ie staff service n great rooms. If they could improve their breakfast choices then it's perfect.
