Große helle Räume. Gute Lage. Personal war freundlich.
Bereits runter gewohnt. Hier ist eine Auffrischung nötig.
- der Griff von der Kommode löst sich beim herausziehen der Schublade
- Fenster lassen sich schwer öffnen
- Verriegelung zu unserem Apartment ist nicht ausreichend ( einfaches Wohnzimmertürenschloss)
- Bettzeug riecht muffig ( die Daunen wurden nicht fachgerecht getrocknet), leider alle 4 Kissen sowie Decken
- im Badezimmer ist das Lüftungsgitter verdreckt / kein schöner Anblick
- im Bad wären blickdichte Plissees sinnvoller als Stoffrollos
- die Dusche in der dreieckigen Badewanne ist keine gute Lösung / gefährlich
- Frühstück ⭐⭐ am Sonntag gab es das Brot vom Vortag, die aufgeschnittene Paprika war schlecht....
Wahrscheinlich ebenfalls vom Personalmangel betroffen.

Good & nicely looking appartment with everything you might need, good breakfast, amazing view.
Check-in was a bit messed up (partly from our side), but that's probably not a general problem.

The treatment of the personal. Everything súper Quick. No explanation regarding the breakfast. Every time you would ask him something you had the impression you were disturbing.

it was okay, but not the same room I booked
I booked another room, and pay for superior room. in photos there was jacuzzi, but in room there was not. room was cold. bedroom was so small and absolutely not the same room. there was not any slippery even for bathroom

There could have been glutenfree options for the breakfast. At least at day two, when staff was informed and meanwhile could have bought som gf bread.

A very unusual place! We had a room where the windows overlooked the castle! Varied breakfast, you can have breakfast outside if the weather is nice

the place is on the heel. if you are walking, it might be a small struggle to climb. the castle view worth a struggle for sure.
Poor communication. I didn't manage to find out how to turn off a lamp in the room. Whatsapp message about it was read but not answered.

The breakfast is good. The room is very clean and stuffs are very friendly.
Curtains do not block light, the sun light weak me up at 5 am these day. The sound insulation of the room is very bad. The sound of birds is very noise during the morning.

first of all I never received pre departure info. when I arrived no one was there and I had to call and number and speak to someone who could speak English. The next morning at 7 someone tried to get into my room. Lastly my bathroom sink was blocked.. I don’t understand how the people give such good reviews. also I found out that there was a transfer service was available but I was never informed

Very friendly staff, picked us up by car from the train station for free. Spontaneously, we arrived 1 day earlier. They gave us another way bigger room for the same price as the one we booked. This apartment was not in the house where the breakfast was served, but this was not a problem cause they brought us by car in the morning to the main house, where we stayed the other time of our stay. In general, they had for all our requests very uncomplicated solutions. All the rooms where in a very new and clean state.
The heating in the second room was not really able to get turned off, so we had some problems sleeping properly (But I am sure they would have had a solution also for that, if we would have asked. :D ).

Very spacious and nice room. Bathtub is a whirlpool tub. Perfect for staying for a few days.
Its location is in the hill (the last few hundred feet/meters is very steep). Recommend a taxi ride from train station if carrying luggages (I was so glad I did). Walking down is a breeze. 10 min easy walk to the town (with luggages).

The location was really far from the city center and up a really steep slope. We found it really difficult to walk up and down especially with luggage...
Other than that, the room was pretty good, neat and modern. But the bath tub had no closure for the drain and hence could not be used...
