This was our first time staying here and we loved it. It was clean, beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. The only downside to this place is the pool area is small and the parking is horrible. But the building itself and the staff are absolutely amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to others.

The property itself was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was slow, with only one person at the front desk. The walls are very thin, and our neighbors were noisy. The breakfast was scheduled to go until 10 a.m., we went down at 9:30 and everything was picked over and there was no one replenishing the breakfast items, nor were there any forks. They seemed unprepared and understaffed for a holiday weekend.

The breakfast and evening snack were both very limited and not very good. The on-site restaurant was closed which would have been nice to know beforehand. The staff was nice but didn’t know what they were talking about- the first night I was told there were no cocktails available with takeout, but my last night the manager told me that was incorrect and I could have been getting cocktails the whole time. I did enjoy the takeout pizza. The property was clean. I didn’t get in the pool but it looked nice.

Wish it had a large outdoor space to sit other than the pool or port corchere

Beautiful property, staff was really helpful, and I loved the s’mores.

Clean and comfortable. Upstairs guests were a little noisy in the morning but that’s not the hotels fault. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work even with calling the front desk and then tech support, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

Huge rooms and the appetizers put out at dinner time were a nice touch

This hotel is upscale, well kept, clean, and has a great breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Wifi and parking were free, as well as the superb breakfast. My only complaint was the pool looks huge in the pictures and it's very tiny, so much so that we opted not to swim. Otherwise, great experience!

Didn’t love the bathroom doors and how much light they let through and pretty see through.

the room and hotel looked so nice, and we were so pleased until it came to night time. there was something in the walls, and there was a constant rustling/settling noise. our door was also built very poorly, and the entire bottom was open, meaning we could hear every conversation in the whole hallway, as well as the elevator. not to mention we found someone’s pubic hair in the bathroom. we went home early, and stopped at breakfast before we left and were severely disappointed. overall, we expected with our payment something much better, and have been to hyatts before, but this was truly unfit. i hate to be a karen on here too, but i wanted others to be warned.

We only stayed one night. Kids enjoyed the pool. Wish we could have been there for s’mores but had other plans at that time.

Our favorite place to stay at park city! So close to all our favorites (biking, shopping, food, running paths). The pool and hot tub are amazing and the breakfasts in the morning are yummy and there’s something for everyone!

Pool area small and not as accessible as I would have liked since we were in the building next door. More open spaces to sit outside would be nice. Room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was very friendly

Spider webs on lamps, usb port under TV didn’t work. Hotels.com doesn’t make it clear that there’s a $30/night resort fee, which I didn’t know until afterwards. It’s in the small fine print of the confirmation email. Very misleading and dishonest. I never would’ve booked this place had I known.

We were surprised upon checking in that the pool was out of order. Not a surprise anyone wants when they booked precisely in order to swim. The front desk was extremely kind and offered a shuttle to their other property a few blocks away to use that pool. We decided to drive our car but when we arrived it was awfully confusing how to access pool. So inconvenient and unnecessarily shocked with the change in plan. ORBITZ should do better in reporting real live hotel conditions - including maintenance and construction!

The pool was closed. The AC wasnt working in my room. The elevator was not working.

The Hyatt Place Park City was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel quiet a lot. It was extremely well-kempt and clean in all areas, inside and out, even though there was some construction currently going on. The breakfast was by far the best we had ever seen in a hotel breakfast. There were tons of choices for any appetite with some different items daily. It was always fresh and well stocked no matter what time you arrived. They also had appetizers in the evening that were different every day and music on Friday. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful, especially Dawn. She was extraordinarily pleasant (and loved our dog). They were very accommodating in regards to our traveling with a dog also, making sure to put us on the first floor as requested. We would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and are already thinking about another visit next year.

Really nice location with beautiful views. Short drive to historic Main Street with restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Complimentary breakfast was very good!

A great stay! Clean, friendly staff with so many great complimentary amenities! Very kid friendly!

Wasn't bad for location to where we needed to be. Fridge we had was barely working and at the time they were doing construction so seemed a little disarray. Service was decent but could use some improvement. Seemed like a lot of learning or transition at the time.
