not easy to check in one room got checked in early other could not and later trying to check in place had wrong phone number that just goes to menu no live person not helpful when it is late in the day and you want to be able to get into your room also noisy form outside noise room needs dark curtains not whit ones that let so much light in etter sleep when dark and quiet

Very clean and overall perfect location however the pictures are very misleading, you won’t get the cushions and fancy bedding or fancy furniture so be aware but for us it for just fine.

It was a very nice place, located in the city center with a good view. Worth staying there for sure.

Fantastic location next door to the St Mary's Church centrally in the old town of Gdansk. Nice, modern and tidy room/ apartment. Great onlince service with good guidance on where to park, how to get to the apartments etc. We enjoyed our stay and will likely book here again the next time we visit Gdansk.

The balconyarea is amazing for hangouts! Loved the location of the hotel, it's right in the middle of old tow, surrounded by restaurants. The only thing to wish for is kitchen appliances, no cooking avalibilties at all besides an electrical kettle. A hotplate and a sink would be a great update.

Booked this apartment for 3 days. When i entered the room, it was stinking with chlorine and God know what. The smell in this room was horrendous. No windows to open in the room either. Me and my wife could not stay in this room for more than 5 minutes. The cleanlines was non existent. Hair all over the place like it has not been cleaned in a while. Stains on the bedsheet. So disgusting. No one in reception, for 3 hours from 14:00. Contaced a number written on a piece of paper in the reception. No help whatsoever. Booked another hotel instead and stayed there. Waste of money.

Good stay, very very well located in the center. There was a small lack of mantainance in some areas, but rooms were clean and nice. Almost impossible to interact with a human being, which is good and bad - if you are arriving or leaving late, it may be a challenge, besides that all works perfectly fine with the password system, no need to carry a key or a card is a huge plus.

A very reasonable stay. The room was clean and easy to access with instructions to get in, and located well in the city centre. Unfortunately the room does not look like the pictures. The main issues are a few design faults - there is a very large living room with a couch, with a tiny TV, but most of all the bedroom is very narrow resulting in the bed being pushed against the wall on three sides. This was very uncomfortable as I had to crawl over my husband to get in and out in the night and seemed bizarre given the space in the living room. There were no blackout blinds so we woke early (sunrise at 0400 in summer), and again in the bathroom there was no vanity or bench to place toiletries - an odd design given the space in the kitchen. Aside from design issues room was clean and comfortable

We stayed there for 5 days, not even once they came to clean the room. Stayed for 5 days and only got 2 towels, if we wanted more we had to buy.

The service of the staff was nice, the one time we had to interact with them. Once we got there they asked us to pay extra for a ”city tax” which was not stated anywhere during the booking. But the absolute worst problem was the sofa bed.. It was truely horrendous. Both people sleeping there couldn’t fall asleep, got back pains from it and it creaks super loudly every time you move even just an inch. It was so bad that the last night there, we decided to sleep on the floor and managed to fall asleep instantly as we were super sleep deprived from the other nights. This made the stay a really negative experience and we would definetly never think of coming back there.

Check in was easy with self checkin. Room was of good quality + clean At 10am asked if we could check out late and agreed to 12pm @ 11:10am was told had 10 mins to leave.

Sprzątanie na żądanie za dodatkową opłatą. Podczas 5 dni zero sprzątania, łazienka po 4 dniu bez sprzątania... To nie mój standard. Pokój jeden z droższych w hotelu wcale nie odzwierciedlał ceny... W łazience zepsute wieszaki, nie ma półek na kosmetyki. Śniadania owszem ale w pobliskich restauracjach. Od godziny 17 nie na nikogo na portierni. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Excellent apartment situated perfect in the old town. It appared brand new and clean. Easy access with late checkin. Very friendly staff. A/C would have been a plus, since it was quite warm at nihght.

Great location ..just beside St.Mary Church. The appartment itself is nice and new, we got a room with veranda with 2 chair.It would be nice if they provide table too.

Great location which was walking distance from all the bars and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean - however there is no window in the room, making it very difficult to regulate the temperature without air conditioning. Given that the air conditioning was broken during the first night of our stay, we were very uncomfortable and found it very difficult to sleep - the room was stifling hot despite it actually being cold outside. Even if the A/C was working, the fact that there is no window in the room means you have to waste a lot of energy by using it constantly.

This place is great! The location is walkable to all of the sites of Gdansk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely stylish apartment in excellent location. Just round the corner from the harbour and Dluga st. Lovely and clean. We stayed in apartment 9 which has a balcony, double four poster bed and a sofa bed. Ideal for two people, not ideal for four due to there only being one bathroom but we managed.
