Perfect location and amenities for a group of guys to do the eastern part of the Bourbon Trail

Loved everything about this property exceot all the steps

It is hard for the VRBO listing to do this property justice. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you’re bringing a large group to bourbon country. You’ll be hard pressed to do better than this.

Enjoyed the location & the host was easy to work with!

We had a large group of friends, all adults over 40 for an annual weekend away. This is one of the first houses we've been able to find that not only had enough room but more then enough room. And since we aren't vacationing with children, the fact that 6 of the 7 bedrooms were set up for adults was a huge! The house was clean and although we had a few small issues, the owners were super responsive and took care of everything right away. Honestly, best experience I've had with owners. The house has everything you need and has so much room, we were able to hang out together or get away to have our own space when needed. My only caution about the house is there are A LOT of stairs. It wasn't a problem but is something to be aware of if you have anyone in your group that might have a tough time with stairs. We had someone recovering from foot surgery and in a boot. She was able to manage the stairs on the main floor, but had to stay in a room on the main floor and wasn't able to do the stairs to the 2nd floor. Overall it's a really great house and I would book it again

Great location near the boubon trail. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was well maintained and clean. If we ever back and need a place to stay won’t hesitate to book again!

This was an excellent place for my family's five day gathering. We had seven couples with ten children ages four through fifteen. There was so much for everyone to do. From playing in the river water, visiting on the multiple decks, watch movies, playing video games to doing jigsaw puzzles we brought and visiting. One of the awesome features... the home is large enough that you can have the kids boisterously playing in one part of the home and not even be able to hear them while sitting in another. A couple of small drawbacks... some of the stones on the front stairs are loose and a little concerning to walk on. The oven in the kitchen gives off a slight propane smell when on (not a problem when off). The primary bedroom has no closet and no armoire and, thus, no where to hang clothes. But, even with these small issues, we would DEFINITELY rent the home again. It was truly a perfect location for my family reunion.

We had such a great relaxing and fun time! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. There were 23 of us from ages 1 to 64. It fit us all! The huge kitchen plus extra refrigerators were so great! We cooked & grilled most of our meals at the house!! The accommodations were everything we expected and more!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! My family decided to do an in-state-cation this year and the home met our needs very well. There were plenty of places to sit and hang out, the deck area was great, the large kitchen was a wonderful space to gather and cook, and all of the rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. The creek was perfect for the kids (and kids at heart). Communication with the owners was A+. Property was easy to reach and was absolutely picturesque. One thing to note—it is difficult to tell from the pictures, but this house has LOTS of stairs. We had two in our party with mobility issues, so they kind of had to pick a spot and stay there. It would not be suitable at all for someone in a wheelchair. Otherwise, we were very happy with this home and would stay here again with a group of friends.

We did a weekend getaway. Only ended up being 8 adults so we had plenty of room. The rooms were nice and we loved hanging out on the back porch before our event. The location was quiet and a quick trip into restaurants and local attractions. It could be a little tricky to turn left onto Versailles Rd.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and it was close to a lot of the bourbon distilleries and wineries we wanted to visit. The home was perfect for our large group of friends. We were all able to gather on the outside deck in the evening or the comfortable living room and kitchen. We definitely would return if are coming back to the area!! The Anderson's were very attentive when we had question.

The property was perfect for our family. We had four generations join with us for a family celebraation. The accomodations were perfect for us. The kitchen was fabulous and served as our gathering spot where we shared very special time together. The location was great as most family members flew in and it is very close to the airport. I higly reccommend Keene Creek Estate.

This property was fantastic! We came in for the bourbon trail with a bunch of friends and the house was perfect for us! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, huge beautiful kitchen! Close to the airport…. It was great, will definitely come back.

Everything is what they said it would be and more. Sadie and Tyler had very clear and constant communication when there was I climate weather and what to do. I was very satisfied with everything!

This property was beautiful and it was much enjoyed. However, they didn't have wash cloths. towels and hand towels were provided- so maybe just stick a few wash cloths in your bag if you'll be staying a few days. overall, the entire stay was wonderful.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Built in a very large 12 acre land. It has a creek near at the house where you can enjoy the view from the kitchen, balcony and from some of the bedrooms. So many beautiful rooms in this house all well decorated. The bedrooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. Our favorite part of the house is the very large main kitchen where we mainly gathered. You will feel like you’re out at the country, yet, the property is conveniently located just minutes from Lexington Airport and Keeneland racetrack. Sadie and Tyler are great hosts! Very quick to respond to any questions I’ve had. They have very detailed information regarding check in, check out and other very important information we needed to know during our stay. This property was perfect for our team's needs! Beautiful grounds and home with plenty of private space for all and more than enough common spaces to gather to collaborate. The project managers were wonderful and the whole process was smooth and easy!

This is the perfect house for a large group or family gathering. The house is so spacious and comfortable. Sitting outside on the deck for a glass of wine at the end of the day is incredibly relaxing. The views are so beautiful and peaceful. The house has so much room that everyone will have plenty of space, but still lots of places for everyone to hang out. The kitchen is awesome for a group dinner. Plenty of room for everyone and a well stocked kitchen with multiple ovens and refrigerators. The bedrooms are all so beautifully decorated and all beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be back again to stay here!
