There was a roach outbreak throughout the unit. My 4 month old had a roach on her which caused my wife to almost go home on day 2 and she stayed disgusted when in the condo. The main A/C unit was broken. They had portable units but the place never got below 78 degrees even at night. The back two bedrooms were so hot we had to sleep in the front rooms with the portable A/C units. I called and complained but the manager never called me back. The place was a nightmare. I couldnt of been more disappointed with the condo or the property management company. I've never had a bad experience before and I hope I never will again. Outside of that the location and beach were perfect.

Loved the location/private but close to everything fun!! There was bugs in the condo and a clogged shower drain the was reported but not fixed during our stay. Pool was great!

Quiet and secluded condo. Benefits were there were few others on the beach with us. We should have rented a car since we were not able to walk to other beaches, restaurants and shops from this location. We ended up ubering most days. The condo was clean when we arrived. The front patio was fill of sand, buckets dumped with seashells. My husband ended up hosing down the front patio which was an unwelcome site when we first arrived given the beautiful views from the porch. We were able to easily book another night to extend our stay since our flight did not leave until the evening. I mentioned to my mom that a light bulb was out, but in fact I was using the wrong light switch. Maintenance showed up a few hours later with two new light bulbs. Which was eery considering I never called the to tell them the light was out. It was just a conversation I had with my mom. All in all, it was just what we needed. A quiet vacation away fe te busy crowds in 30A.

Host was very responsive, great access to the beach, and a easy walk to the pool. Best place to stay in PCB to enjoy a nice stay and a quite beach.

We had a wonderful stay in unit 123 at the Shores. The third bedroom upstairs was perfect for my two sons ages 8 and 10! The pool was perfect for hot afternoons and the garage was a great place to keep beach chairs and sand toys. We had some issues with the a/c unit not working but the property management office was always quick to have repair staff come to repair it! A couple of things that future renters may want to know that parking is very tight. I have a Honda Pilot and it barely fit in the garage. Also the 2nd parking spot is a parallel spot directly at the entrance of the garage. Also, the water hose on unit 123 needs to be replaced and doesn’t work, but luckily the hose and shower right off the beach worked for us perfectly fine! There were several things in the condo that were needing repaired when we arrived, but I called the office and they appreciated me letting them know the guest shower head was coming out from the wall and the storm door latch was completely rusted and did not latch! We had a wonderful time and always enjoy this area!

There are no elevators for him to get lost on. The unit was really nice and is located halfway down the long complex which puts it fairly close to the pool and the trash dumpster. This time of year the cleaning crews are overwhelmed and they had to call in a back up team to clean our unit and they were very nice to hand my parking passes so we could head to the pool. The Wifi never gave us a moments trouble.

The place was great and the location even better. Our only critique was that they didn’t even provide hand soap - we went out and bought hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels since there was nothing provided.

This is our second time staying there. Loved both times. The only issue we had was the ceiling panel iss coming down in one of the bathrooms. Shouldn't be a tough fix. Other than. That it was another wonderful vacation. Thank you

The place was not as clean as I had hoped with dirt imprints left in the masterbath room tub. Most of the dishes were still in the dishwasher (every stay we’ve ever had in other places the cleaning crew unloads the dishwasher before the next renters) Easy fixes they could do would be putting felt furniture pads on the bottoms of the barstools so they don’t make the “nails on the chalkboard sound” every time you try to use them :)And the bed in the master bedroom should be moved in front of the tv area where you can view the tv without the leg of the furniture blocking the view and the bed could be under the fan instead of across the room from it.The tv was broken when we got there, but they did replace that promptly. Overall if they would address all these issues I would give it a 5 stars. I know they can’t do anything about the tight parking and siding that is in great need of maintenance nor the pool we didn’t get to use during our stay because it was under maintenance.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It is right on the beach, and can’t get better than that!! Facility is older, but in pretty good shape, furniture is in newer, and beds were comfy! Will come back for sure. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

The location is excellent! Beach is excellent! Townhouse was large and roomy! Only downside for us was the parking. :) Great little getaway and would stay here again!

Great stay, perfect loca

We really enjoy the west end of PCB and this unit met our needs. If you want a luxury type place this isn’t it but if you want someplace to sleep with super easy access to the beach at a decent price then this is it. The garage was super convenient and the kitchen was good enough for us. I would definitely return to this unit.

We began our vacation here for a short stay, then moved on to try another beach experience, at the Splash resort, since we had our 4 grandkids 6 and under, with us. In the end, we all agreed that this location was a better beach experience, than the high rise pool/beach experience. 👍🏻 Checkin would’ve been a breeze, if we’d just been told we only needed the garage/house code in order to enter at 4pm, with that confusion we missed that first hour and a half making calls and trying to drive to the office. *Look for the code, the day you checkin. The location is ideal, the beach is beautiful, and clean, it’s groomed regularly. The pool is a good sized, but very deep, 8 ft in the deep end. We definitely were glad to have life jackets/swim aids for the grandkids, so they could enjoy the whole pool. The unit was perfect for our family, with the twin beds, in the master bedroom closet area, upstairs, (we had a toddler cot and pack n play, for the 2 yr old & infant) so our 4 grandkids could be together with our daughter and son-in-law. The kitchen is large with lots of storage, and pantry space, along with lots of counter space. The unit is a little worn and needs some electrical work, as some of the light switches are loose and hard to turn on or off. But we would go back in a heartbeat. The outside of the unit, beachfront, has a lot of rot on it, that needs addressing. The main balcony has a tall bar height table, but only table height chairs, so pretty useless. Wouldn’t been nice to have at least a table and 4 chairs for meals or games on the balcony. No umbrella (one was pictured) for the balcony, but it was stormy for much of our visit, so we didn’t miss it. If it had been beautiful, we would’ve appreciated one. The hose outside was convenient, yet dry rotted. *The crumbling hose is how we identified we were coming up to the unit. Ants were a problem on the sandy walkway thru the dunes, so someone was bit each trip out or in. If we’d been there for a week, I would’ve bought some ant killing granules. If we have the same size group again, we’d consider this location for sure!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Will be returning next year. Pros: Amazing location! It’s right on the beach and in a less populated area compared to PCB or Destin. We felt 100% safe here. There is a Winn Dixie within a few minutes drive away, as well as a Waffle House and Dunkin Donuts. Beds were comfortable and clean. Water pressure was excellent in the bathrooms. This unit is very spacious with lots of storage. The balconies facing the beach are great for sitting on and enjoying your coffee in the morning! The garage below the unit was also a great to have! Management was quick to fix our issues that we encountered on our arrival. Very friendly as well. Cons: Just a few minor suggestions. Carpet and couches could use a deep cleaning. These are used daily during visits, so I’m sure it’s difficult to keep 100% spotless. Paint in bedrooms could use a refresh. There were some scuff marks and dirt present. Nothing major though. AC was not working on arrival. 84 degrees in August is not what we were expecting. However, management sent some portable AC units while we waited for the AC company to fix the issue. The AC company told us they we’re having a lot of issues that day. We understand that these things happen though! There was also a glass cabinet door in the kitchen that was broken and needed replaced. Overall, this has been one of the best vacation beach stays we have had. If it hadn’t already been booked, we were going to stay an extra night. We look forward to our return visit next year!

I rented this property because of the convenience of being right on the beach. With a 3 year old and a 5 mo old, I didn’t want to have to walk very far from the beach back to the room. That was very nice. The townhouse, however, did not meet my expectations. I knew the condo was “dated” from the pictures I seen online. I was fine with that as long as it was clean. Upon arrival The townhouse was what I would call “broom-swept” clean. The carpet is nasty, the couches are nasty. The bedding comforters are stained. I couldn’t hang a towel on one of the racks upstairs because the rack kept falling off the wall. The cob-webs have taken over the chandelier in the dining area. When repairs are made to the walls, they are simply patched, but not painted which is seen a lot in the master bath upstairs. The balcony looks like it hasn’t been swept in months, not to mention the nasty patio furniture outside. The area rug in the living room was so nasty, we tried to vacuum with the 2 vacuum cleaners that were in the room, but neither work. This could explain some of why the place doesn’t look so clean. Overall, I give it 3 stars. I guess I will have to decide what’s more important next time… Ease of access or cleanliness.
