Lots of fun for more than one family to stay!

The barn was so much fun! The house and property were very spacious and cozy!

The house was beautiful with a very historic interior. The bathrooms and kitchens were more modern, but the bedrooms were still very rustic. The house was spacious and had a beautiful kitchen. The "party barn" was an amazing hangout space with a full bar, and the overall space was beautiful. We visited in winter months, but the pool behind the house was also a lovely adiditon. Would be great for a family vacation as it was not far from the ocean and had plenty of on site entertaining options. The house was very clean, and there was minimal furniture as the house was up for sale. The decorations were very tasteful. The house is located right on the main road through the town, and we did not particurally love the combinaiton of traffic with no shades or curtains throughout the entire house (to include the bedrooms) which would be our improve. The house is also up for sale, and at multiple times people would pull into the driveway and idle for a few minutes. This was particurally nervewracking for a group of all females. One of the things we did not realize was that the bedrooms are split between the main house (sleeps 6) and the guest cottage (also sleeps 6). The property felt relativley safe, but also the cars constantly driving by in combination with no curtians for guests was more of a dislike than expected.

The house is spacious and comfortable.

Up until we actually got into the house it seemed to good to be true.. the home is exactly as they said including the extra buildings. Plenary of room for our group. The barn was the perfect venue for our Octoberfest gathering. Only issues we ran into were that there isn’t a coffee maker? There’s a Keurig but for a group a fresh pot of coffee is more practical. There wasn’t a propane tank in the fire pit but the property manager responded quickly and got it working for us. Lastly we didn’t know what to do with the trash. Other than that we really felt like we got every pennies worth. Would recommend for groups especially the back patio area for hanging out and dancing!

What a great property. There were 12 of us for a golf weekend. 6 stayed at the house, and the other 6 stayed elsewhere. We did convene at the game room after golf to play pool, watch whatever game was on the big tv, and chat about the day's events. The guys that stayed on site were all over me to book it again for next year. Probably will!

Our extended family from great-grandparents, my husband and I, two of our kids and their wives, two toddlers were there for our other son’s wedding in Sagamore. The location was very convenient. I two things I didn’t realize, but maybe because I didn’t read correctly, I was at the pool was heated, and that it was two separate houses. The two houses worked perfectly and the people who stayed there just came to the main house for breakfast. we didn’t plan on swimming because of the time of year, but we didn’t realize it was heated and didn’t bring suits. The code to get in worked on the back door but not the front door. The front door showed a red light before we got all of the digits of the code in. Maybe I missed a note to go in through the back door? The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The TV that looks like artwork was cool. It took us a little bit to realize that was the TV, ha ha! It’s a very interesting, old house that is beautifully renovated. I was trying to imagine what it was like in 1875 when it was built. The burn was absolutely fabulous. But with all of our wedding festivities, we never got a chance to use it. Maybe next time!

Had a number of family members gathered for a wedding. House was perfect for such an occasion.
