Nice House, did not have two hot tubs as advertised and no tv in the living room. It needs maintenance like some bathroom plugs don’t work and an overall cleaning. Decks is beautiful but the cushions need to be replaced and the gas grill did not work. It’s a huge house with plenty of room and bathrooms.

This home was spacious and lovely with great views. Our family had more than enough room and enjoyed every minute here. There is definitely some wear and tear on the home with a need of updating the AC, but we could have happily stayed a week for the pool area and game room alone. The guest services were quick and courteous to reply to concerns, but did little for actual resolution. Bring box fans and don't expect all the games to work and you'll be very happy! ;)

The house was beautiful and well maintained. It has quite a few amenities. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. One thing to note is that the house has no bedrooms in the ground floor, so to go to any bedrooms you would need to take stairs. If there are any elderly people it may not suit them as the house has lot of steep stairs. There were few minor things like door lock didn't work, there was no hand soap in the house which we had to go buy, but overall it was a fun stay.

Great house for 12 of us. Great location between the marina and tubing the horseshoe. The view on the patio, cooking on the grill , and eating together on the patio is a great memory.

IF YOU PLAN ON RENTING THIS HOME IN THE SUMMER, I'D SUGGEST YOU CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. The homeowner maintains complete control over the AC settings by using his nest schedule. I had to wake up twice in the middle of each night to readjust the AC down from 76 degrees. After complaining about it to the property manager for two days, they finally convinced the owner to turn off his schedule control.... for one day!! Then it went right back to the owner's control at 76 degrees at night and me waking up twice each night to readjust the temperature. Miserable. This doesn't even include the fact that the AC unit on the main floor broke on day 2. It got up to 79 degrees in the house with no curtains on the main floor. Thankfully, the property manager sent out an AC repair man late at night to fix this. I wouldn't trust those AC units to stay working though, so you've been warned. Very unpleasant experience for my family.

View was great and the house had lots of games for entertainment. The property management team was very responsive and friendly.

From the upper deck, you get sunrises, sunsets and unmatched views of Canyon Lake all day long. There's plenty of space for a large group to relax for a long weekend. The game room was perfect for those inclined for a little more activity (or in our case, to watch the NFL playoffs and yell at the TV), without disturbing the rest of the group upstairs. The house looks to have recently had a major re-do, and there were a couple of teething issues, but those were rapidly resolved by the very responsive staff. All in all, our group had a very pleasant four nights there that we will look back on with fondness.
