Comfortable and quiet. Large rooms

The Rustic cabin was so charming and beautiful! The surroundings were very private and peaceful. The accomodations were beyond what we expected and we were very pleased and delighted with everything! I will definitely book another stay in the future.😃

We loved our short stay at this cabin. It was out of the way and a perfect for our family of 4. Our only complaint was the master bed mattress was sunken in the middle, but other than that it was a perfect place.

I love the location. It was very beautiful and peaceful.

Stayed here for four nights as a quick getaway from the craziness of day-to-day living. The cabin is rustic and beautiful in a very quiet, bucolic setting. I loved my stay there and hope to return again in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay at the rustic cabin. It was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. The host thought of everything to make our stay exceptional! The location is secluded but close to Hickory, Blowing Rock and Boone.We hope to stay there again in the future!

My friend I came out for her birthday weekend. We visited the nearby rock barn spa. We had a lovely visit. The cabin is very cute and cozy. Probably better for a couple with kids as the loft area is in the a frame of the roof and has 2 (very comfie) twin beds and the bathroom is only accessible from the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft and it was fine for us but 2 couples may find it a bit awkward. Overall though, we loved it and I will definitely stay again. The hosts Julie and Kevin were very accommodating and shared some local good eats spots. Love this little rustic cabin!

Private, spacious, relaxing slice of Heaven! From sitting on the porch in the predawn morning with a cup of hot chocolate (I’m not a coffee drinker) watching the horses, to hiking in Blowing Rock, shopping in Hickory. This cabin is situated PERFECTLY! We’ve already planned our next trip this fall. Julie is simply a perfect host!

We left our busy lives in Ohio for a long weekend in the mountains, and NC did not disappoint! The cabin was so cozy and accommodating! Julie is phenomenal and we will be back soon!

This cute little cabin was everything we needed. Quaint and quiet. It's near a town with plenty of food options available. It's located off a main road, down a long driveway through the woods in a secluded setting. We woke up to horses on a neighboring property. I woke up on my wedding day and very much enjoyed having a hot coffee on the porch, sitting in the rocking chair, and listening to the quiet sounds of nature's.

Loved the seclusion! Property was located just far enough from everything else. Absolutely beautiful and quiet (just what we needed). Reception isn't great which was perfect for me! Other then shower head not functioning, we have absolutely nothing but great and incredible things to say. Thank You For Allowing This Opportunity!

We really enjoyed staying here! Great location, very CLEAN cabin with a nice rustic atmosphere. Nicely stocked with the essentials in kitchen and bathroom. Great water pressure in shower, brand new fridge, dvd/blueray player with an assortment of movies to watch, coffee maker and filters and cozy decor. Two nice porches to sit on, horses out in the morning. We saw about 6 deer when we returned at night. Great place to unplug and relax!!!! Thank you for a great weekend!

It isn't easy to do "Clean & Rustic." However, this is how it's done. The owners have done a REALLY nice job with this cabin. It appears we were among the first people to stay here. They are still working on the property and still have some minor projects and clearing. The location couldn't be easier to find and while you get the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere you are just minutes to town. We used the cabin as a base camp for trips to Morgantown, Blowing Rock and even up to Boone. Worked out GREAT!

Secluded and serene. Close enough to town and stores, but still tucked away from the city too. Very relaxing sitting on front porch in rocking chair while drinking hot coffee and watching the horses grazing.
