The house was very nice. The neighborhood was also nice. Beware there is a maintenance man (hosts son) that lives in a trailer on the side of the house. This is not in the description of the listing. Once we paid our full amount the host mentioned that the maintenance man parks his trailer on side of house but we probably wouldn't see him as he takes care of the house when guests are not there. After we received our check in information when we arrived the host let us know this guy is in the trailer on the side of the house. This made us very uncomfortable as we have kids and we felt on edge. He also was cleaning the pool the day we arrived and then cut the grass the next day. When I complained to the host after we left, they mentioned it was their son. Well maybe their son should go elsewhere when there are guests staying in the home. Or put in the listing description that he lives on the side of the house in a trailer. The house was clean but had some insects in the home. Also we found a dead rat in the back yard and my husband had to get rid of it. Maybe they need a better exterminator. Just be cautious when booking. We feel we deserve some type of credit since we felt uncomfortable on our vacation and this issue was not known prior to booking.

Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked to many timed obligations during the trip everything was great. Took a couple days t figure out how to lock the back door other than that all was great.

We had a great family vacation! The home was very clean. Loved the beautiful kitchen and Master bathroom. We had a wonderful time going on an Airboat ride and visiting the Navy Seal Museum. Jeff and Janet were great hosts!

The most wonderful stay yet. This home is amazing in every way. It is beautiful and fully stocked. The yard is incredible as well. A very relaxing oasis. My two teens stayed in the pool any time we were home. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! A must stay!!!

Beautiful house with everything you may need. Plenty of room for the whole family. Will definitely rent again if baseball brings us back down here.

My grandmother turned 102 years old. She lives closeby from this house. Family came from all over and different states to celebrate. I needed an extra night at the house due to unexpected guests and surprise after party activities and the owners of this property were very flexible and understanding about it. Saved me from having to get a hotel for the night. The house is awesome. Very clean and beautiful. The snacks and book of personal messages from other guests are very thoughtful and generous of the owners. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had the pleasure of staying here while in town for a baseball tournament. The home is meticulously maintained and we really enjoyed relaxing in the backyard oasis. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

I have never stayed at a rental this beautiful, organized, spotless & fully stocked! The area was peaceful and quiet,, just like we like it.. Jeff & Janet, thank you for opening up your oasis to us! From the moment we walked in, we were in awe! The lanai was gorgeous, being able to sit out and enjoy all your own greenery, nature and all the wildlife. I could sit there all day! Very peaceful, relaxing, inviting and comfy! You guys for sure put alot of love into designing your home and making sure your guest feel at home. It was one of the best I've ever stayed at and definitely plan on coming back. Xo

This house is fantastic. It's almost too nice to be a rental. The outdoor space is great. The speakers in the house and outside to listen to music are great. The pool was warm every evening even in March. The kitchen is fantastic. The location is great for getting around town. Seriously, we almost always miss our own home when we're away from home due to deficiencies in the rental. This was the closest we've been to not missing it while away. We will almost certainly be back to stay again. Thanks! P.S. - thanks for getting a replacement toaster out so fast, even though you had a toaster oven that worked just fine in its stead.

We enjoyed our time in this lovely family home. The owners have done a wonderful job with the details throughout the house and the outdoor spaces. We spent a lovely weekend here, and highly recommend this listing as a great place to stay if you are visiting the area.

Everything was wonderful! Although, a couple of us did take a cold shower on our first night until we realized the fuse was turned off to the water heater.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our friends and their baby and it was nothing short of a great time! The house was SUPER clean, they had everything you would ever need, even some things for the baby! The owners were great and very responsive. Would 100% come here again and recommend to everyone! We were very impressed with the breadth of what the home offered, it wasn't only located very conveniently to the stadium - but had amazing outdoor areas, pool and indoor amenities. we will attend again next year for sure.

Beautiful, very clean home, very relaxing. We spent most of our time in the lanai. It was hot so we cooled off in the pool everyday ! The kitchen is enormous and very well stocked. Eight minutes to the stadium to see Spring Training. We will definately be back.
