We loved the house and location. The house was not ready at the check-in time. We waited around 40 minutes to get into the house.

We had a great stay at this property. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking Christmas dinner, and the house was spacious. The two bedrooms with king beds have a separate entrance which we knew in advance and that was fine. I would say this is a great property with only one reservation. Space to socialize and dine is not adequate based on the number of bedrooms. We were a party of 10 but 12 could also sleep comfortably here as we did not use one of the bedrooms Unfortunately the dining room table seats 6 chairs provided with some folding chairs you could get to eight, but the table really doesn’t accommodate more than that. We had brought a card table with us, which we added to the end to allow our party of 10 to sit comfortably around the table. We had to bring a bench in from outside to make enough seating. The living room set up was also shy of seats, with capacity for five or six to sit comfortably - so we brought in furniture from the two outside bedrooms that had couches so everybody could sit around together and talk. We found the towels were not enough, but the property owner quickly told us where we could find additional towels to solve the issue via text. Really great communication with the property owner Hot tub was excellent and the owner had it on and running on our arrival. View was incredible as well and we had forgot a few things and driving down to the store was not a problem. I can certainly recommend this property.

The property was perfect for our group. The main area was large enough for us to gather but the separate sleeping areas were great when we needed some seclusion. The house is maintained well but there were some issues that can easily be addressed by management (hot tub not heating; oven door was not properly installed; garage door wouldn’t open; dishwasher leaked) there were some unkept areas outside but perhaps it was the less frequented areas ( door that lead to garage). Owner was available frequently to answer questions. Location is great and close to many attractions/amenities. Looking forward to staying at the property again!

This is a very nice secluded location with an excellent view. Very spacious house. We loved the studio rooms attached which had it's own full baths. EV charger came in handy when our rental turned out to be a hybrid allowing us to charge the car. Location is still close to a lot of stores and restaurants and not too far from Yosemite. A few minor issues that the property manager was able to resolve in a timely manner. Wish the sanitation service was more regular as the trash container was stuffed. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Is the best place my wife and i ever stayed on our snowmobile trips to the northwoods.

We were 10 adults, 2 teenagers and a husky. We all enjoy the pool table very much. We brought our own bbq grill and had bbq in the backyard. The kitchen is supplied with cooking pots and pans allowing us to cooked our breakfasts and dinners. We did not use the washer and dryer so we can’t comment on those. Few things I also like to note here: 1. There are 2 thermostat in the main house hallway, but we did not know which one controls the temperature for the 2 studios. We set both at 70 degrees, and the main house got so warn while the studios feel like 50 degrees. 2. The linens and bed cover in the studio I stayed in were dirty - found hairs on the sheets and stains on the bed cover - which means these were not change nor washed before we checked-in. I did not check with my group if they found similar in their beds. 3. Lastly, the battery for the lock keypads to both of the studio seems like dying as we had hard time unlocking the doors. Note: #2 and #3 above had been communicated to the host after we checked out. Host is easily to communicate to prior to checked-in. Overall it is a nice place to stay with group. Approximately 1.5 hours to the south entrance of Yosemite.

If you are looking for a property that can cater to your large group, book this property! Lemin, the owner, was great from beginning to end. Communication is spot on. The property itself is very clean, well stocked and really beautiful view on the backyard. If they get a chance to fix the driveway, it would probably make a huge impact. One of our cars almost got stuck on the ditch but it was managed.
