Great condo! Great location to relax. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. This place is definitely a be backer. Looking for dates already for next year. We totally loved it. Thank you to the host for all their suggestions they were outstanding. We truly enjoyed our stay.

It's a perfect location a few steps from the beach. The owner is great at communicating. Great snorkeling on calm days, saw multiple barracuda and lots of fish.

What a great place. Mornings on the patio, then decide either beach or pool...Where do we want to begin our day. Evenings in the Lanai, playing Uno. We were able to swim out in our backyard a few times. Waves were amazing when we had the W'Easter storm. We appreciate being close to Rum Point, Starfish Beach, Tukkas and Over the Edge. Management was responsive when we had issue with the air conditioner. I also was very happy was able to have quick housekeeping for when our first guests left and next guests arrived. Will definitely stay here again. Great start to retirement!

We used to time share at The Reef, down the road. We enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely. At the time we went, only 2 other guests were there. It was like having our own beach house. No screaming kids, no planned dinners, no standard hotels things to deal with. Great restaurant up the road “Over the Edge”. If you’re not into the 7 mile beach scene, I suggest you stay here. The Ivan is not that big you could drive over there at any time for clubbing and such. North Pointe Condos Unit 102, Bob was very nice to work with. Everything about our stay was terrific! The place was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. We had everything we needed for sleeping, meals and beach days. The beach was the best tended beach I saw on my morning walks. The pool was a great place to play and relax. Double up on the bug spray after dark, but we enjoyed watching the sunset in spite of that. Highly recommend if you are looking for a slow paced relaxing tropical vacation.

This was the perfect stay for 3 of us after a week on a live aboard. We were looking for a place to relax and just hang out. The condo was clean and well maintained. Bob responded to emails promptly and made sure we had plenty of information leading up to our stay, including accurate driving directions. Property manager Judy checked in on us in person on our first day to make sure all was good. Bob even called us that day to check in on us. This was a quiet property with a nice pool and decent snorkeling right out front. There were restaurants within a reasonable drive and a small grocery minutes away. Larger groceries are available on the way from George Town, the last being about 20-30 minutes from the condo. All in all a great place in a great setting with great management. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first visit to Grand Cayman and it did not disappoint. The condo, the beach, and the pool were perfect for us. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you could want. We spent a good deal of time at the pool in the evenings. We pretty much had the entire plae to ourselves. The beach is truly a handful of steps from your back door and the water was beautiful. We went to Rum Point, Starfish Bay, the parrot sanctuary, the caves, kayaking, the blow holes. All were easy access from the location. The owners suggestion of the Italian Kitchen for dinner was the best and our favorite. Thank you!

The place itself was great! It’s on the north side, so it’s about an hour drive to seven mile beach area. It’s quiet and slow paced on the north side, we met great people who were also vacationing in other units. My girls (10 yrs) loved the pool, were in it every morning by 8am. If you like to float and relax, I’d bring floaties from home- there’s a few things there to use. There are beach towels, beach bags, a small umbrella, chairs and mats that were great for the beach/pool. The main bedroom bed was comfortable, and we loved the lanai/porch. Kitchen is small if you plan to do a ton of cooking but suited us just fine. The second the sun sets, the mosquitoes come out in masses! This seemed to be all over the island, perhaps the time of year, but either plan to be inside the porch or bring good bug spray! Also this place is a short drive from starfish point and Run point- we loved the starfish! We were super sad to leave and wish our week went by way slower!

Very nice well-stocked condo overlooking large strand of beautiful beach.

My wife and I choose this condo for it's proximity to Rum Point and the north wall for scuba diving. We liked the space of a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with lanai and outside deck with 2 lounge chairs. The pool is shared with the other 9 units but we only saw 4 people using it the whole week. The condo is well taken care of with nice furniture and comfortable beds and pillows that shows the owner's pride. There's a local small grocery store and no shortage of great restaurants on the east end. Being far away from the noise and traffic of 7-mile beach was refreshing but still only a 45-minute drive to the turtle farm. Although the Rum Point operation was closed, we got a couple of great dives in with Tortuga Divers at Morritt's. Highly recommended!

The writeup states” here you will find some of the best snorkeling on the island..” Actually the beach in front of the condo is covered in seaweed with lots of pebbles and stones. Also stated is “ Internet access is included for your use.” when you have already booked this condo, the owner does tell you that internet service (to this particular unit only in the building) may have problems. We had no internet for 3 days. When I complained ,the owner did reply saying . “I was not made aware that this would be such a critical part of your visit, because if I had known ahead of time you might have considered other accommodations. “

Cayman Conch Quest had everything needed for a perfect stay. North Pointe Condos is a great location on the North Side and Cayman Conch Quest is a perfect spot. The owner made sure that all was good and correct before and during the stay. We look forward to returning and staying at this exceptional property.

We stayed here for a long weekend, and this is the most well-stocked place we have ever stayed in so far. The house is clean, homey, and child-friendly. The place is a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. Communicating with Bob and Judy has been a breeze. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The owner was very helpful before and during the stay. He provided information on things to do and restaurants before our trip. He also provided the address, phone number, and other information we would need at immigration. The booklet he gives you is priceless. I liked the keyless entry and not haveing to worry about losing keys. The kitchen was well stocked and included spices, tea, and coffee. We had stayed at this condo about 10 years ago and it was just as nice this time. It is clean, well maintained, and looks new. The property manager was very responsive to the few minor needs we had. The condo is convenient to rum point and starfish point and not too far from restaurants central and east end. Our favorite restaurant was The Caboose near the north/south road intersection and we also liked the Eagle Ray on the East End. We enjoyed time on the lanai and appreciated all the extras there.

Great property, very quiet beach with only a handful of people.

Great small property close to Rum Point but away from the maddening crowd of seven mile beach. Some may find it a little too quiet, but just right for us.. 10 restaurants within 20 minute drive and about 40 minutes to Georgetown Communication with property manager and owner was excellent and condo was well supplied. All sorts of beach/ pool toys and beach chairs and cooler if one wants to venture to private beach. Be nice to have San outdoor chair on patio rather than just chaise lounges There is a resident ( outdoor) cat on the property who is very friendly and well fed. 5 minute drive to Rum Point for beach and sunset is great.

Exactly as described--a great snorkel area right out front that our family thoroughly enjoyed. Our first trip to the island and we were really happy to be on this side of the island. Thank you, Bob for the great suggestions and accomodations!

Our rental was perfect and had all the necessary amenities and more! Beaches towels and accessories were so helpful! Condo was very clean and organized with linens marked so you weren’t left guessing. Property manager was very kind and property owner was so helpful with advice before our stay! It was beautiful location and renting was seamless! Snorkeling of the condo’s beach was fantastic! Thank you!

The property is more than accommodating with comfortable beds, spacious interior, nice porch to keep out the bugs and a very clean pool that we completely enjoyed. Distance is a little rough if you want to visit decent beaches. Grocery, supplies, snorkeling are close by.

This condo was better than shown. It was extremely clean and very well stocked with useful items. It is in a very quiet location and most of the time there were only 2-6 other guests. Pool area is very nice with a covered yalapa, outdoor shower, clean-up station, etc. Views are wonderful. The owner, Bob, was great to work with and his onsite manager even stopped by to see if everything was good! Thanks for a great vacation,

Great location, easy access to amazing beaches and the solitude we needed for a great get-away. The condo was super clean and bigger than expected, really comfortable for our family and 9-year old. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to pool toys, a cooler, lots of beach towels and so many other things that made the stay easy and comfortable to explore the island. Having breakie and dinners in the lanai listening to the ocean was a wonderful start and finish to our days. The only downside was the beach, not swimmable but you could snorkel if you wanted. A great spot for exploring the island.

We had a great stay at this property. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to travel to Grand Cayman. Everything was as stated and promised. This condo is incredibly clean well appointed. Bob (the Owner) went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Everything in the condo was in excellent shape and well care for. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had anything we could possible need, there is even a supply or water toys, snorkels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. available for us to use. Communication was excellent with Bob and we never had any worries that all would be well. Bob kept us informed and even supplied us with a a bunch of information before we arrived to help make our travels better. Bottom line is I would recommend this rental to anyone. We had a great visit and look forward to going back again.

We loved listening to the waves at night, waking up to a view, walking out on the sand, and even snorkeling right there! The condo had all we needed to be comfortable and self catering, and the beach toys, towels, chairs and cooler made our excursions to other beaches so much more fun. Bob was very helpful and attentive on the phone and we hope we can go back again some day. Thank you for a wonderful home base for a week of memories to cherish!
