Lage Perfekt unweit der Fußgängerzone und keine 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Promenade

Kein Vorab Hinweis, auf Baustelle am Haus. Sanierung der Fassade. Wobei hier Rücksicht mit Arbeitsbeginn an Uhrzeit genommen wurde.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and well maintained. It’s located nearby good restaurants, in walking distance to the water front and grocery stores. The check in was very easy and fast. The apartment has everything we needed for our family, during our stay! We would highly recommend!!!

Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Sehr moderne und saubere Wohnung. Sehr zentral gelegen mit Parkplatz um die Ecke.

The apartment is great, very comfortable and clean! And it is fully equipped with everything we need. The location is also very good - close to the train station and the centre of Friedrichshafen.

There were some issues with the heating initially, but the owners were very helpful and fixed the issue immediately. Otherwise it was perfect :)

The apartment is completely renovated with beautiful Turkish furniture. The kitchen contains all the equipment we could need. Everything was clean which as perfect for our young child. Shops, restaurants, cafes, a museum can be reached within minutes on foot. We enjoyed lovely views across the Bodensee and a boot trip to Switzerland. We forgot our luggage inside the apartment after the check-out and the landlord came himself to help us even he was in another city! Gladly again!

The location was perfect on the edge of the Altstadt, 5 minutes from the station and bus stop to the Messe, but still in a very quiet area. We arrived earlier than expected and were met by a very helpful gentleman. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were very comfortable and heating was available and an abundant supply of hot water. The wifi works excellently. All in all it was a very positive experience and we were even allowed to check out later than arranged. We would definitely recommend this property.

As far we we are concerned, there was nothing to dislike.
