Convenient location. Welcoming host.
It was very hot. It would have been good if the windows could have been opened up a while before we arrived. Parking not easy with neighbouring construction. No scissors in the kitchen for opening packets, no oven gloves and no cloth for wiping down benches. Insufficient dishwasher tablets for length of stay-had to buy a whole packet. No grout in much of bathroom floor.

It was a lovely apartment, perfect for 2 couples.
We actually didn't spend much time there as we had already made arrangements.
The Parking - The spaces were very tight. Also due to a family issue, the 2nd couple didn't arrive until Saturday lunch time. We were told when we arrived there was only one parking space. We explained that the other couple were coming down the next day. We were told we needed to find a visitor space, which was not very helpful as there were none available. My son arrived with his pregnant wife and they came in for a coffee after a long drive and my husband and son went out only 30 mins later to find a parking ticket. We went out in our car and came back late to find again no parking available. To try and find somewhere late at night when we didn't know the area. We did think my son was leaving early the next day. Today I have received a parking ticket for my car for 5am Sunday morning, the day we were leaving. Parking needs to be highlighted in the original print as it just says free parking.

Great size and location and a lovely high balcony with a view. Bedrooms and bathrooms a good size, especially helpful having an ensuite. Communication was great and we were not let down last minute like a previously booked accommodation . Train station and shopping centre in walking distance
There was a few minor surface things that could be solved with a bit of diy and only one parking space if you have more than one car but we got one fine by leaving one at the wedding venue.

Property manager contacted me there was pen written on the bedsheet and they would contact me if they are unable to get the stain out!!!!
Are they saying they do not change the sheets to new ones every now and then?
why charge a customer for a stained bedsheet?! Not a damaged furniture?! and most of the furniture are worn out and damaged and they worry about stained bedsheets

Excellent stay and very welcoming host. We enjoyed our stay. The property has all the required things for a family to stay.

Over all the apartment was very good, excellent position to town center. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

It was self catering there was everything we needed to do breakfast. There were complimentary supplies to get us started. The location was amazing. Exactly where we wanted to be.

The property itself exceeded our expectations in terms of the facilities, space - 2 very good sized bedrooms, living room space and kitchen facilities, plenty of storage space as well.
The staff are very friendly, very responsive to any issues, excellent communicators before arrival and they made sure we were comfortable and showed us all the available facilities. This is the first time we used an apartment within the UK as we tend to go to hotels. I will certainly recommend this & do it again.
The slight downside is the parking allocated to the room, accessing it is quite tight in between pillars & for our large car it was a bit difficult manoeuvring in & out. Our attempt to park outside in an unmarked area resulted in a penalty ticket.

parking security, welcome from the host was friendly and informative. The property itself was spacious and in general clean. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a couple of washing machine and dishwasher tablets which is great
the underground carpark is tight, we had a Honda civic and it was tight to get round the corners!

So impressed with Winterthur Way apartments, the service was amazing with the team meeting us on check-in, showing us to the apartment and answering all our questions. The apartment itself is in great condition and so spacious, it was the perfect place for us to relax in the evening.

How close it was to town, so plenty of walking got in.
A few bits not as clean as would have expected, but overall very good would definitely use again.

Anne was amazing, the apartment catered for our specific needs. The flat was vey spacious and clean. Anne was fantastic through out our stay. We were provided with bread, milk and Juice in the fridge when we arrived which we didn't expect. The balcony was nice and peaceful and could enjoy a nice quiet drink to wind down on an evening.
No disabled parking bays, if you have visitors at the complex there are limited visitors bays, but Anne was amazing offering to go out of her way to support with this issue when we contacted her. However we had our own space with the booking which was so much better than other properties we have stayed in around Basingstoke.
