Amazing place to stay, we had two little kids with us, 2yo & 4yo the staff were amazing! Golf cart service was perfect, amazing staff, nice food and cocktails were great. we loved staying in the hill bungalow room. We had the best time here!!! Loved it so peaceful If we come back to Phu Quoc I would stay here again for sure

Could maybe do with a shade sail over pool as it was always super warm in.

Staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. location is convenient with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes within a short walk.

Clearer prompts to select bed options, for example 1 queen and 2x single beds would be helpful when booking the family rooms to avoid misunderstandings.

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, l’hôtel en lui même, grande piscine, le lit très confortable, le balcon super, la chambre très grande, l’accueil chaleureux, souriant, la nourriture du restaurant excellente ainsi que le petit déjeuner très complet pour tout les goûts. Super salle de sport, avec bouteille d’eau et serviette à disposition, billard, grands espaces verts, très beau. À chaque ménage du jour, nous avons droit à 2 bouteilles d’eau gratuite. L’après midi à la piscine, cocktail offert !! Très au calme, nous avons toujours très bien dormis ! ( 5 nuits ) Nous avions réservé de base 3 nuits, mais vu la beauté de notre chambre etc, nous avons demandé à obtenir 2 nuits supplémentaires dans la même chambre et ils ont fait tout leur possible pour que cela se fasse et nous avons eu nos 5 nuits dans la même chambre ! Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, c’est un incontournable.

Nous n’avons pas aimé la location du scooter car ils sont en mauvaises état, nous avons louer un premier scooter ou le réservoir était vide, donc nous avons mis le plein. Et le lendemain quand nous avons réservé à nouveau un autre scooter, encore une fois le réservoir était vide, de plus le monsieur de la sécurité qui s’occupe des scooter est vraiment très désagréable. Heureusement après s’être plaint ils nous ont mis un peu d’essence. Le pommeau de douche n’a pas de pression. Il fait très chaud dans le salle de bain et toilette (pas de Clim, seulement dans la chambre) Nous avions payer pour avoir des pétales de roses sur le lit, celles-ci ont taché le draps, et cela nous a été reproché par la réception (ce qui est bizarre puisqu’ils sont censé savoir que les roses peuvent tacher leur draps)

Très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont grandes et design. Le personnel adorable, merci à TRAN pour sa gentillesse et son sourire permanent

Des travaux non loin de lhotel occasionnaient un peu de bruit depuis la piscine

리조트가 산을 깎아 만들어서 지형이 가파른 편인데, 임산부 & 아기가 있어서 조식당까지 걸어올라가기 힘들었다. 하지만 리조트에서 무료 버기를 운영하기에 매번 그걸 타고 이동했다. 키즈룸 이동할 때에도 버길 이용했다. 숲속에 들어온 것처럼 예쁜 조경이 마음에 들었다. 산책하기에도 너무 좋았다. 직원들 응대가 빠르며, 친절했다. 조식을 먹으러 갈 때마다 룸 청소를 해두었다. 즈엉동 야시장까지 택시로 9분, 걸어서 20분 정도 걸렸다. 중부 맛집이랑 가까우며 마사지샵도 접근성이 좋았다.

수영장 이용 수칙을 지키는 외국인이 1도 없고 제지하는 직원이 없음. 풀 내에서 취식 금지, 흡연 금지인데 술도 마시고 전자담배도 실컷 피웠음. 이 부분 굉장히 짜증났음

Very nice hotel located walking distance from the main road just a short walk to restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and bed are conforatble.

Front desk young man always stressed out creating chaos not friendly nor accommodating. Should not be in the front helping people. There is a girl with very good english more capable. Service and offers at the restaurant can be improved, missing the chill out vibe in the very short happy hour they offer. Internet not so good.

Bed was soft and comfortable. AC was great once it worked. Bathroom was a hybrid indoors/outdoors. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. I would come back here for the breakfast.

Air conditioner was a little finicky. You had to angle it just right to hit the fan.

Unfortunately there was no smart tv with Netflix and co. in the room and I would have wished for alternative milk as I am lactose intolerant (soy milk, oat milk)

Das Resort ist wahres Paradies und bietet viel Ruhe, einen umfassenden Service und tolle Verpflegung. Es wurde wirklich alles dafür getan, dass es einem an Nichts fehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Le Lahana Resort à Phu Quoc était tout simplement magique. La chambre avec la douche extérieure était un pur bonheur, la piscine débordante offrait une vue à couper le souffle. Le petit déjeuner était une explosion de saveurs, et le personnel à la réception était d'une gentillesse incroyable. L'endroit lui-même est tout simplement magnifique. Un séjour dont je me souviendrai avec un grand sourire.

Lage super, sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr ruhige und schön gepflegte Anlage und wunderbarem Pool. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tout était exceptionnel : le cadre, discret et élégant, la chambre bungalow spacieuse et décorée avec goût, la piscine avec vue pour de beaux couchers de soleil et le restaurant (délicieux!) En plus l’équipe est aux petits soins pour les résidents, et nous a apporté immédiatement de l’aide quand on s’est blessés le premier jour.

C’est un détail mais la connexion wifi n’est pas optimale et elle lache assez régulièrement (pour peu de temps mais quand même)

Tout était superbe ! Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans votre hôtel. Le personnel très soucieux du bien-être de ses clients. Très présents et très discret à la fois. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Merci

We enjoyed the breakfast as there was plenty of options. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. The location and scenery is fantastic. We enjoyed the buggy ride to the pool and the happy hour cocktails. We would stay again. Thanks for the room upgrade too!

We couldn't fault Lahana Resort.

Nice big breakfast variations, great location. Renting the motorbike was easy. Had a feeling to be in a tropical forest, has a very nice pool but also close to the beach. Great place to unwind.

Staff could have been better in English. Room was great, but could have used some more storage room for cloths

자연친화적인 분위기에 조식을 할 수 있는 레스토랑과 풀장은 멀지만 버기카를 요청하면 타고 갈 수 있어서 문제 없습니다! 무엇보다 직원들이 정말 친절하고 따뜻한 물도 문제 없이 나와서 좋았어요. 해변도 걸어서 5~10분 이내 거리에 있고 맛있는 커피를 파는 카페도 (아일랜드 커피) 정말 가까워서 좋았어요. 정말 강추 합니다!

The resort is just beautiful. You are amongst nature but it feels luxurious at the same time. Fabulous pool area. Happy hour was great. Very good breakfast. Good location.

I really liked the jungle vibe of this hotel. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was also very friendly.

Everything was perfect, but put your « do not disturb » if you don’t want to be waken up super early by the housekeepers.

Unfortunately we booked a room for 2 adults & 2 kids, but instead of receiving 4 towels, we only received 2.. Which is a bit weird.

Great place, really long swimming pool, nice children’s corner, the best breakfast we had during our long journey through Asia.

The service was so friendly the whole time. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was very well done. The bartenders were great and it was so convenient to bill the drinks to the room. Internet was also good. The grounds are landscaped and manicured to recreate the natural beauty of the island.

The location could have been somewhat better in terms of access to a nice beach, to the market or other activities on the island. However, it was situated very well for scenery and transportation is somewhat cheap on the island with Grab or even better, the red Tran E-Cars which are found everywhere by Long Beach.
