The location was ok

To be honest we didn’t like anything about it. It is a complete ripp off. Full of ants and spiders, beds are terrible and mattress covered in a plastic wrap which does not let you sleep, because you sweat terribly, air con just in the bedroom, no warm water and water knob broken, hairs everywhere in shower and bedsheets, a dead and dried out gecko in the kitchen, host denied us shampoo, although we paid 350$ a night. I feel they stole our money. Also be prepared of hearing dogs barking and roosters making noise all night long!!!

Julie was super friendly and very good at communicating. The rooms were clean and set up nicely. I really appreciated the water in the fridge.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and you could smell some rotting fruit outside but that is me being very picky. We would stay here again

We recommend this property very highly. The Receptionist won our hearts, she was very helpful for us 3 senior citizens in late 70's. The location was perfect there were other homes in the area. Both the rooms and property had a security gate. The property was about 6 minutes from the ferry. The car rental by the owner was a good deal. The property could be use for family reunions, 4 rooms with a kitchen each for about 6 people each is ideal for group privacy and with 4 vehicles is perfect. Small gift bag in the restroom was very unique. The small shell with Vieques printed on the night stand was a special touch. We had a GREAT time. We will refer many people to this small resort. A ceiling fan is needed on the living room to circulate the air. Hand rails in the shower. Small rubber mat in the shower to avoid falling.

The apartment was spacious and provided us with bottled beverages, coffee and place settings. Outside shaded balcony was very comfortable with a common patio out front for gathering. Gustavo, our host was exceptional, his love for the island and ensuring his guests are well cared for was appreciated greatly! Definitely a must stay for next time!

The owner/manager was absolutely fabulous! He tended to every need we had on our late arrival, and made excellent recommendations for food and stores on the island. He accommodated our activities and really looked out for my daughter and I, traveling alone. We so appreciated his kindness, care, and welcoming to Vieques!

Location is tricky without a vehicle.

Gustavo and team are excellent hosts , they were able to help us with the car and tour even though we don’t have reservations. I give them 5 stars and would like other visitors to encourage the small businessman. Gustavo took time to ship us my daughters glasses we mistakenly left in his rental vehicle. Would love to stay with them next time as well.

You need a taxi from ferry to the apartment and if you have an early ferry then you need some local taxi to take you back to the ferry terminal.
