My stay was ok but I happened to leave my license at this hotel and asked if it was possible to mail to my address but I was asked can I come in and I explained that I do not live in Ohio and would not be able to retrieve from front desk. I was told ok as if they were going to do something or mail it to me and after 2 weeks they asked me to retrieve from front desk. Someone could have said way earlier than two weeks that they would not mail me my id, due to company procedures but I was not told that initially. I’ve made this mistake before and was sent my id but this small mistake has made my life very challenging, so I basically have to replace my id which will be more challenging due to my work schedule but had I knew it wasn’t possible to mail I could have made arrangements but I was told 3weeks after the fact that it’s not possible to mail. I wish I was informed of that sooner instead of waiting for mail that was never coming. Total inconvenience

The room was clean, bedding and towels very nice. The location was not ideal though. We booked late and did not know the area. The floor around the bathtub needed repairing. The Kleenex holder had rust spots. No bottled water available. I was under the impression there were 2 free drinks available?

Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, potatoes, breads, cold cereal, waffles, juices, coffee. Highly recommend.

The overall room was straight. The cosmetics of the room was out dated. I was greeted by two roaches. There was several handprints on the headboard. I wont be staying here again.

First of all when you enter the lobby door was broken, then the when I enter my room curtains would not close all the way, tv was only apps not regular stations you could watch. Shower in bathroom needs to be replaced. Hardly any towels was left in room .

The area was terrible. Unsafe. I have two littles, 2 years and 2 months. there were bugs all inside when we walked in. The tub was dirty. The TV was extremely small, there was white stains on the BLACK couch in the room. Overall, i’m disappointed and disgusted. I will not be returning. EVER.

I rented a non smoking room and the man at the front counter told me my room was a non smoking room, well when I got to the room it reeked of cigarette. Also the bed sheets reeked of cigarettes and had stains all over them. Definitely will not be back.

Smelled like smoke. Dirty. Burn holes in comforters. Half the electrical outlet didnt work. Had to unplug lamp to get tv to plug in due to outlets being out

$100 deposit that has to be cash. Room was worn period synced and drained properly bugs in the bathroom. Cigarette burns on the sheets in a non smoking room.

The Staff is very nice and helpful. I booked online but had to give a one hundred dollar deposit when I arrived that I didn’t know of. Although I did get it back when I left. The rugs need a deep cleaning. In the “smoke free” area, it still smells like smoke/cigarrettes. There is a dangerous situation with the water (while showering). It goes really hot and then really cold. I got lost two times trying to find the hotel, even though I was using my GPS and it’s due to a closed road next to it. The floor in front of the ice machine is always wet. It’s a shame that we had these inconveniences, because each room is nicely equipped with Microwaves, Ironing board and iron, blowers, coffee maker, TV and Cable and Wi-Fi. The beds are pretty comfortable, but too high. At least for seniors. (Me) The bathroom was nicely cleaned and stacked up with clean towels and toiletries. I hope you can work on fixing the cons. It’s overall a pretty decent hotel and good price.

When I looked on hotels.com the room looked beautiful. But when I actually got there, the room was dirty, and I had staples under my pillow when I slept. The bathroom looked like it hasn’t been clean. The bathtub was very stained. I was hoping to take a nice hot shower in the morning😞

First they give my room away, that I paid in advance for and then tell me it’s nothing they can do because there were no more rooms and I wanted my money back because of an inconvenience they caused, then a room pops out of nowhere and when I went in the room, it appeared cleaned for the most part, then I see this huge cockroach crawling on the door and I said hell no I’m leaving. This has been the most frustrating day here. Unacceptable ‼️

Close to freeway, shopping and food close by.

I was there for 4 days and 3 nights no came to clean my room. My fiance had to go over to nearest dollar store so we clean our room ourselves.. Very poor service.

Great staff

Be prepared to pay a $100 deposit at check-in, even though there is nothing mentioned about this when booking online. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so hair had to be dried with your own hair dryer from an outlet without a mirror nearby. Bathtub either dirty or stained. By 8:00 am all tables in the dining room were dirty. Lock to door in my wing didn't work so had to carry luggage all the way down hall and back downstairs to car to find another way in. Terrible experience and I won't be going back.

Bed was gross, blood on the bed, food crumbs in the couch, the jetted hot tub had black stuff coming out when you turned the jets on. Asked for a different room they wouldn’t, asked for a refund they wouldn’t. Will never stay again. Very disgusting.

Place was not too bad. Could use some updating though. Room I had was fine & everything worked.

It was worth a ride
