Excellent place. Friendly staff.
Breakfast very good.
There is one thing that needs to be addressed though, when we first came i found three little cockroaches in the bathroom.
This place needs to be fumigated.

What I am appalled about is the resort (which I like very much) refused to release my deposit even though I explained to the front desk that I had suffered a minor stroke and was physically unable to make the journey because I was still in the Hospital!

Staff was polite. Room was clean. We were on the 3 floor and the elevator was broken. Price what great and close to Disney.

Location is perfect..very near to Disney parks and excellent breakfast for the price.. Hotel room was ok..no funny smell..however my room's AC for some reason was not working as expected...it was not reaching to cold temp what i was trying...and the room service was only on alternative days

This hotel was a delight. Its my second time staying here and the ladies at check in were super helpful. My room was ready early which allowed me to rest before my event that evening. Easily walkable to multiple restaurants and felt very comfortable and safe. Breakfest was delicious!

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff very friendly and as a bonus we got a hot breakfast every morning begore heading to the parks. Would 100% stay there again

Hotel was ok, great location. Service from host at the from desk was terrible, very bad attitude. My friend had her belongings stolen from her room and the receptionist indicated that the camera was out of service, that they can’t help them and were not responsible. In addition, She didn't want to call the supervisor because it was Saturday and she didn't want to bother him. After this situation, we were not comfortable to stay there since that showed us that it was not a safe place. The hotel did not want to give us our money back. The lady from front desk have no empathy and a lack of customer service skills.

TV didn't work, maintenance man came twice to work on it. He replaced it and it was fine. There was a musty smell in the room, and the room was damp. Air conditioner was on, not sure why it was like that. Breakfast was a challenge... A bunch of Hispanic people a speaking Spanish were letting their kids run all over the place by themselves making waffles, burning them, then pouring cereal all over.... Hispanic Parents: "Supervisa a tus hijos!"

When we first arrived at the room, my husband checked it out and it looked like someone had used the bathroom and didnt flush all the way. It was a little gross, but honestly my wife (who is 7mo pregnant) and I were exhausted and we had sani-wipes to clean up a bit. We booked last minute because our power was out due to Hurrican Milton and everything else around was booked. I was just grateful for power and a/c. I drew the line when I got up in the middle if the night to use the restroom and, as soon as I turned on the light, there were little roaches everywhere! The only reason that we didnt pack up and leave immediately is because my 2-yo toddler was already asleep. I went to the front desk to check-out and let the also associate know what we experienced. She was very dismissive and before I even mentioned the roaches she guessed about the "little visitors" as she called them. Needless to say, we will never stay there again.

they don’t really shuttle to the parks, total false advertisement there. they have pretty much one shuttle a day and it only goes to one of the disney parks. the room keys also had to be reset every single time we left the room, which was insanely frustrating. i personally would not stay here again, and i do not recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Absolutely disgusting property. We walked into the room and immediately the room was dirty. It was like Being in a movie of motels, you see bad things happen in. We are joining rooms that were blocked by and not real locks There was a roach on the door. My son teared up ( this was his birthday trip) and we went to the Emily went to desk got a full refund and had to go find a hotel. Absolutely gross.

The air quality in the room was terrible. I had them replace the air conditioning filter. On our last day, we noticed the ceilings had several black spots on them and the back of the blinds were black as well.
