i fail in the parking lot, when i reported it to the front desk they where not concerned

This place was nice clean quiet. Close to restaurants, retail stores etc. I would stay here again.

Great value for money. Fantastic location for NASA centre - walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and take aways within minutes of walking distance.
Very clean but pets are accepted which made lifts smelly at times. Evening receptionist was not as knowledgeable as one would expect. Breakfast was as advertised. Coffee tea hot chocolate muffins energy bars instant oats. Just need to be environmentally friendly with cups and plastic. Room was very clean and being a corner room had two windows. No complaints for the price paid. Would stay again.

Wasnt a great stay checked in went to room and had roaches all in bathroom.told front desk and nothing was done. Definitely not staying there again.

Room was clean. Could hear the noise of the other guests slaming their door. Which will not be the Hotel's fault. Deceiving sign about "Complimentary breakfast" it was JUST coffee.

Upon arrival the room was clean but however there was a mold wet smell that just was unbearable. We did report the issue which we was then moved to another room which unfortunately had the same smell , icebox had a loud noise all night long . The location is perfect but the rooms need to be remolded and carpet professionally cleaned , & windows cleaned as well .

I booked a room for my mom after Hurricane Beryl in Houston. They refused to let her check-in due to not having confirmation of what I paid, power was going in and out, and then they had the audacity to charge me a no-show fee! She was in their lobby trying to check-in and they refused! Because I booked this as a pay the hotel directly, Expedia was unable to cancel this for me, but they tried multiple times to contact the hotel regarding my issue. The hotel refused to reverse the charge. I had to file a claim with my credit card to get the charge reversed.

It's said to be no smoking. You can smell that people smoke inside the room and the management seems to be obvious about it or just totally ignore it. You can clean the room and the area but you cant hide the smell of a smoke ot sticks on the wall and carpet.

The smell of marijuana was constant. No matter what floor, no matter the time of day. The place did not appear clean and I was so uncomfortable in the room and on the property.

It was OK. It was comfortable but didn't have a pool, no cutlery in the kitchen so it didn't do us much good (I think we had to pay extra for that), and it was so old there weren't even any USB outlets for our chargers. It was comfortable and quiet, but that's about it.

The number one advantage of this hotel is its close distance to NASA Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center. One only needs to cross the street and the (huge) parking lot and you're there at the main entrance, a 12 minutes walk. The hotel itself is nothing special but clean and functional and certainly wortth its reliable price.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. Got checked in and had to take elevator to room. There was vomit inside the elevator that looked like it had been there for a while. Went to room only to discover that room was filthy and looked like someone was living in it permanently. The bed had not been made and there was trash everywhere. Went back to desk to report the problem and asked for another room. Desk clerk did not even seem bothered that this happened. Was given a queen room instead and it was the most uncomfortable bed ever. This hotel is terrible and I do not recommend staying there.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! This place is filthy. Smells of smoke, even though it is supposed to be "smoke-free". Room smelled of urine, carpet was absolutely filthy, and towels smelled moldy. Asked for clean towels but they never came. We had to leave our moldy towels outside, where they stayed for two days. No one picked them up. We had to use our beach towels instead. From the lobby to the elevator to the room, this place was horrible. Only reason we didn't cancel was because the room was non-refundable. Zero stars.

Good location for our needs with plenty of parking, area felt safe, comfy bed but bathroom wasnt the greatest or most functional. A self service kind of place (take your own trash to the bin, only weekly roomcleaning, check-out remotely etc) so cant really comment on service as hardly had any contact with anyone

I had booked 2 rooms for which I had a confirmation, on arrival they told me they only had 1 room booked, I showed them my confirmation and they said they had nothing to do with a third party booking. I had no choice but to pay for an extra room which was not up to standard at all. Very disappointing.

Great experience! There's a McDonald's and Starbucks nearby, and across the street, you can visit the NASA Houston Center. The air quality is excellent, and you can even go for a morning run to the park by the bay. In terms of accommodation, having a small kitchen is what I wanted. This living situation would cost double in other hotels. Just as long as you don't mind skipping breakfast, it's perfect.

Staff was rude. Property was dirty. They turned the internet off hours before check out. They (and Expedia) advertised breakfast which were packaged muffins and granola bars. Very disappointed

The location of the hotel was great.....But when the notice said check in at 3pm, and the thing is we arrived at 2:30pm and the manager at the property made us wait until exactly 3pm to check in. Not a minute sooner.....We had two rooms the bathrooms in both rooms were not clean. Plus on the last day we were get ready to check out one of the maids just came in our room without knocking. Not Good. I know I will not stay at this Hotel again.
