Local channels on the TV would be nice. And the coffee table is a little invisible.

Ashley is a caring host who is patient with any questions or concerns, making my stay worry free. Love the space, the neighborhood, and the great vibrations of this home. Thank you for the good tasting coffee, snacks and water. Much appreciated and enjoyed. This space has plenty of natural light which was a plus. Looking forward to coming back hopefully soon!!

The 5 star bits: The place was very clean & quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The sheets & towels were also very clean. After a day of driving, I appreciated the bottles of water on the fridge & on the counter. And, the neighborhood was posh (& even gated). I/we would stay here again. The parts that were okay: There wasn’t a note on the email replies to go to the door to the left of the main door. So we weren’t sure if the door was the main entry, around to the right or ? & the third time was the chance when we found a door around the corner, left of the front door. The plug-in air freshener was a bit overpowering for my scent allergies; so, I unplugged it. And, the water to the sink & shower took what seemed like 4-5 minutes to heat up (maybe a bit less ?, after a couple minutes, I assumed I’d be taking a cold/tepid shower or non at all. Once the water did warm-up, it was hot! So, that’s a win. Shame to waste so much water on heating-up in the mountain west.

Super easy check in, clean, nice and safe location

Nice clean little place that fit the bill nicely for my son and I. Close enough to highways and outside of the Vegas hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again

After all the long walks in las vegas strip, we all need a place to rest and this place is what you need, is way better than what you see in the pics. Son clean and comfy.. 100% recommended!

Would definitely rent here again, we brought our infant with and they had everything we could have needed (bath, nice and clean play yard for sleeping). This was a great experience.

Had a lovely stay here! Clean, well decorated private space with its own entrance. The place is in a gated community (make sure you get the gate code before rolling up to the neighborhood) so it feels super safe. Snacks and coffee were provided which was a lovely touch! Massively affordable over typical Vegas hotels, and easy to get to if you have a car. It’s an expensive Uber from downtown so plan accordingly.

Ashley was quick to communicate and her place was clean and accurate to the listing. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken which was a big pain, but besides that, I’m really pleased with our stay!

Worth the drive for safety, cleanliness & lack of ‘sin’ while here in LV. Appreciated the K cups & granola as well. Very comfortable bed & soft clean towels.
