Me and my husband just got married Saturday and decided that Hot Springs was the best place for our honeymoon getaway! The condo is absolutely beautiful and you cannot beat the view from the back patio! The bed is literally like sleeping on a cloud and the pillows! We love that it is so intimate and cozy and was the perfect place to stay after a few months of stressful wedding planning. We plan to come many more times in the future !

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It is a comfortable place and just the right size for the three of us. It is easy to get in and out of and not too far from downtown Hot Springs. On our next trip to Hot Springs, we hope to be able to book this unit. Frances Dahlem

Our stay here is fantastic! Getting the door was seamless, the kitchen stored all you needed to cook anything for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Speaking of dinner, we placed a roast potatoes and carrots in the crockpot. The crockpot was furnished from this kitchen! This condo and outdoors is extremely QUIET, which we LOVED! The beds were SOoo comfortable, we did not want to get up until we peacefully woke up to the smell of coffee! Yes this place stocked my favorite coffee and creamer! Sipping my coffee on the back patio to a beautiful VIEW overlooking Lake Catherine, we gracefully witnessed five deer cautiously walking around. WOW is the word for this place, we loved it!! My mom and my sisters did NOT want to leave this wonderful place. I promised my mom and my sisters, we will be back! Thank you thank you thank you!!

This condo is great. In a wonderful location overlooking the water. Short drive to downtown. Very clean and comfortable. We'd be happy to stay here again!

We loved the view from back porch. So peaceful. The neighbors were so helpful and friendly. The condo was beautiful, very roomy, so clean and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The owner was very nice and helpful and responded quickly. We enjoyed watching deer in the field next to complex and watching the beautiful sunset each evening. Loved this rental.

Overall great place. Bigger than the pictures appeared. Great internet which is sometimes tricky in remote areas. Loved the check in process very simple and straight forward. Overall would recommend!

OMG i just can not get over the view here. this is just what i needed. to relax, get out of the city, and reset. The amount of wildlife that i seen was unreal. at one time i seen 7 dear in the field next to us. oh, lets not forget how comfy the beds were!! will come back for sure!

This property is just what it looks like in the photos. It is in a very nice location that overlooks the Lake Catherine. We loved the little touches of the condo and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were huge and comfy and the condo was charming. I would highly recommend to any family who is looking for a beautiful place to stay and who would love to see deers and bunnies.

The scenery is stunning and the attention to detail for guests is top notch!

If you want a quiet place to enjoy nature, golf, or hike, away from the city, this is the place to be. The condo is in a gated community that was originally designed to be a retirement community but has become a place for vacation / 2nd homes. My grandparents lived here so I have been coming to the area for almost 50 years. The view from the patio is tranquil and relaxing. All the things you need to cook, relax or chill are provided. If you want to eat out, the drive will be about 30 min to Hot Springs or Malvern unless you go to the golf club or gas station. The golf course is fantastic and the people in the area are very friendly. Hot Springs has a casino if you are so inclined and it is a very interesting historical area

Walked into a beautiful condo, beautiful furnishings, clean linens, dishes pots and pans, washer and dryer, private bathroom in each room, Netflix and wifi was a bonus, patio area had the most amazing views, all around one of the best places I have stayed!!! Loved it!!
