We stayed for a week in March and had a wonderful vacation. This property was fully renovated, spotless, great location, comfortable beds and had everything we needed, plus extras. We loved being on the canal, docking our boat out back, fishing off the dock, enjoyed the screened porch, bikes, corn hole and the Cabana Beach Club. Communication with the manager was great. We highly recommend this rental.

This was a perfect property & location. The owner was amazing at communicating & the property was as exactly as described & pictured. We spent mii oh at of our time in the screened in patio. We loved our time at Colony Key!

We had an absolute blast staying in Key Colony. The house was perfect for what we wanted. We stayed for a month and if you love being active this is the place for you. We could ride our bikes to 4 different restaurants and bars which was so convenient. We love playing pickleball and really enjoyed playing daily. The 3 par golf course is small but for $15 it works. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and to our surprise we saw a shark, manatee, jellyfish and Tarpon. So much fun to just watch the fish light at dark to see what was there. Erin was great to work with. If we needed anything she was just a text away. The bed in the master was very comfy. My husband has had back surgery so it is hard to find a bed on vacation that he can sleep well in. Only 1 minor complaint. There is a kurig but no coffee pot. For us coffee drinkers K cups get expensive. We will definitely be back.

We loved the time we spent at Key Colony Beach. It is a wonderful community and everyone we met was so nice. The house was perfect and we felt like we were at home. The location is perfect for exploring The Keys. We used the bikes and the kayaks several times and the kitchen supplies were better than most VRBOs we have rented. The beds were comfortable and we loved the screened porch area and sitting by the canal. We will definitely return!

We spent a week centrally located in Marathon at a great house that was well equipped for a week’s stay. We would recommend this house to our family and friends as a quiet place with easy access to all of the keys in both directions.

We love our stay here. We have stayed at Key Colony before but this was by far the nicest and most thoughtfully laid out place that we have rented. The wrap around screened porch was so comfortable that we spent most of the time here when we were home. It was fun to have movie night outside on the porch. We did fish off the dock which is always a lot of fun and always enjoy watching the boats go by each day. We also enjoyed the bikes and had fun riding around Key Colony and having the ability to ride the bikes up to the beach club was great. We definitely would recommend staying here and hopefully will be back again.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed! Everything you could want, from kitchenware to outdoor spaces was wonderful. Erin was a pleasure and when I had a question she was quick to reply. Will definitely add this to my list of places to revisit!!

Great for what we did which was swim and snorkel most of time. The dock is awkward, bring long dock lines. The dock is also is rough shape so wear shoes at all time and watch for loose boards. Cleats on dock not securely installed.

We loved our stay in KCB. I may have spent more time relaxing on the dock than I actually spent on my boat. I have stayed in several duplexes in KCB over the years and this was by far my favorite home. The house was exceptionally clean, well stocked and I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient check-in process. We’ll definitely be booking for the same time next year.

A definite amazing vacation destination and property! The property manager was super responsive and the house was awesome! The screened in porch was our hang out every night! Location was fabulous and close to everything! We had such a great time we are already talking about when we would come back! An absolutely great trip!!!!!! Would highly recommend!

Very nice property. Most suitable for 2 couples or a couple with 2 kids who don’t mind sharing a bed. Dock is an issue. It’s high -built for a lift that’s not operational. Therefore your boat is tied up at a dock that’s about 5 feet above mean water

This was our 4th trip to Key Colony. This place is absolutely perfect. Best stay yet!!!

A great house! Very comfortable for two couples! Well equipped and just as the pictures depict! We spent most of our time on the wonderful screened in porch or in the chairs by the canal! Would book again!

We were 4 gals in our 70's. House was very beautifully appointed, very clean , outdoor space was amazing. Love the Cabana Club and the area. Our stay was a 10 !

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The house was very clean when we arrived. We took advantage of all the amenities including the great dock for fishing, launching kayaks and meeting local wildlife. We biked to the cabana club and sunset park. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. One of the best parts of the house was the larger screened in patio. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood had a great community feel even with lots of tourists. We would definitely recommend to others looking for a great spot to relax in Marathon.

As advertised. Wonderful canal views. Great patio for entertaining and relaxing. We loved our morning coffee and evening cocktails taking the atmosphere.

We loved our 3 week stay at “Endless Summer”. The place is adorable and exactly as pictured. It was clean and very well stocked with everything you could think of. We spent most our time on the enclosed porch which we loved. The dock was perfect for our 24ft boat. Parking was great with room for our truck, car and boat trailer. It was our first time in Key Colony which is a wonderful location with 3 great restaurants and the use of the Cabana Club which was an added bonus!

We had two couples staying here and it worked perfectly. The rental was exactly as described on VRBO. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were great. My wife is somewhat handicapped and the walk-in shower in one bedroom made it easy for her. The lanai and canal patio are wonderful places to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Erin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We saw Manatees, sharks and jelly fish in the canal and lots of Pelicans! Outdoor patio shaded most of the day so easy to enjoy the outdoors without being too hot. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you, Erin!

Great little duplex that is clean, modern and well-equipped for a stay in the area.

Great home perfect for a relaxing vacation. We look forward to staying again.

The property is as described, the photos are up to date. My husband and I like the location, we have stayed in the property near by a few times and loved it. Unfortunately, it was not available on the dates we wanted to come to celebrate a birthday. We narrowed down the choice of the properties to two, one with a completely private backyard or this one, with a large beautiful patio. We chose this duplex because of the patio, anticipating to enjoy our time there. Little did we know that it would be nearly impossible to have a quiet and peacful time having a morning coffee there, or lunch, or just relax with a book, because of the noise of a construction site next door. We were not warned about it, otherwise we would rent the other property. The owners next door were busy with replacing all windows, chain sawing their castuses , taking care of their sewage, all of it within a week we stayed there. When contractors were not there, a bored female next door owner was passing along the fence, smoking, and ready to get in my husband's and I conversation. In the best case scenario, she would pop over the fence, otherwise she welcomed herself to our patio for as long as she wanted to, On the last morning she came to acknowledge that we were packed to go, to ask about additional restaurants we visited, and about our satisfaction with our vacation. When we said that we would have liked it much better if she didn't put us in the middle of her construction zone, she burst with curses and F-bombs. Needless to say, this mentally disturbed female completely ruined our otherwise nice time on the Keys. These owners normally live in the Colony Beach Key property only in fall-winter, so they will not be a threat of harassment to the renters during spring-summer.

We enjoyed the home very much, it was exactly as listed. Many football games were watched on the TV in the large screened in porch. Tied up a rented boat, fished off the dock even got to pet a manatee. We used the outdoor seating, went for a bike ride, played corn hole & visited the Cabana Club. Loved it all, thank you!!

Very clean and updated. Loved the screen porch area for all our scuba and fishing stuff. Great location on Key Colony. Erin, property manager, was friendly and always available for questions. I would recommend.

The place was cleaned and well stocked. One minor issue was the master bathroom was small and the sliding door was annoying because it wouldn’t it stay open. The club pool and beach had very restrictive hours so we only went once. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We so enjoyed the spacious screened in outdoor space which we used daily. It was great to be able to kayak right from the property.

Great place with nice furnishings. Short boat ride to the ocean or bay and nice dockage. We would stay here again.

This property was fantastic and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kayaks were used everyday and we sat out by the dock every morning and night. We saw lots of sea life which was very exciting. The house was exactly as described and very nicely decorated. The screened in porch was also very nice. I would highly recommend!

The property is exactly as outlined in the listing. The location is fantastic as it is central to everything, just a short drive to experience everything The Keys have to offer. I loved waking up early in the morning and enjoying my first cup of coffee out on the dock. Definitely loved having access to the Cabana Club and we made good use of it. This was our best vacation ever and we will be looking to return many times again.
