The house was very convenient to downtown Golden,CO. We stayed in this house for our daughter’s wedding that was held close by. Very easy check in process and good directions to the house. The hot tub was clean. The outside patio was nice to sit since we had beautiful weather. There was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. Several of the pillows were way too large and fat for our liking but there were some medium sized ones.. would be nice to have flatter pillows. The carpet was looking tired with stains. However the house was clean. The kitchen had minimal glassware and utensils. Things that would make this house even better:It would be nice to have more just so you don’t have to keep cleaning the same one to use everyday when staying for many days.it would be nice to have a set of scissors too. It was a quiet neighborhood and we sleepy well. Location was easy to get to red rocks, Morrison and Denver.. overall we like definitely stay here again

Came for Red Rocks concert and week long girls trip. Great central location.

Place was nice and clean. Pros: location, number of bathrooms, well stocked, helpful host hottub was nice, beds comfortable. Cons: Carpeting should definitely be replaced. A handheld shower in bed #3 would be nice. Faucet in bed #1needs attention and blinds in bed#2n Bed #2

This 3 bedroom (all en suites) is located perfectly to enjoy Golden and Red Rocks. You are less than 10 minutes from being in downtown Golden and 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. The property itself is well maintained, the front porch with hot tub was great. The two car garage makes for quick and easy access. Check in and check out were easy and communication was excellent. If we make another trip to red Rocks for a show we would most definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, it had plenty of space for our family of four, and the beds were comfortable. The private hot tub is lovely, and we enjoyed a soak the first night. (Rain prevented us the second night.) Bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed adequate. But the place is in need of some maintenance. There are a lot of stains of various sizes and colors on the carpets, and there were several bathroom fixtures that were loose, as well as the kitchen faucet. After a handyman and a carpet cleaning, this place would be perfect.

I stayed there with my two adult children for my nephew’s wedding. It was the perfect set up for us - we each had our own bedroom with attached bath plus there is a half bath on the main floor.

The house was clean, convenient, and great for our group.
