Nice house overlooking Lake Barkley. Clean and well kept. Great place to stay while visiting the lake.

We had 6 adults and two babies. The house is very spacious and we had ample room to hang out and not feel crowded. The large dock was perfect for our boat and paddle boards. The setting was very peaceful and conveniently located across the cove from a boat ramp. We had two trucks (one with a trailer) and two mini vans. Though driveway is a bit tight, there was room to park by the house and at top of driveway.

This place is easy to get too,lots of privacy, Quiet, 3 levels,lots of room,massive dock to fish or jump off of.Views from every window .I will be a returning customer and will refer it to everyone I know. Owners were very helpful and nice.

We needed a quiet, relaxing weekend away. This place gave us exactly what we wanted. The house was just far enough away from everything to be quiet and peaceful. The view of the lake was fantastic from every room. The host had it clean and comfortable when we walked in the door, and it was evident immediately that this was a good choice. HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. We will go back at our next opportunity.

We rented this house for a girls weekend/Bible study. The communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive and kind. They even allowed us to check in early. The house itself was exactly as pictured. It was gorgeous, and probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. There was no dirt to be found on anything. Everything you can think of was furnished by them. All the cookware and utensils you would ever need, plus they even supplied spices, coffee, cleaning products, cooking oils, etc. There was even body wash in each bathroom! I can’t say enough good things about them. The views were spectacular! There were two decks that overlooked the lake. There was a private dock that we enjoyed sitting on when the moon was full. There was ping pong in the basement. If you are on the fence about this place- just do it! You will not regret it. We are already planning to go back again!

We absolutely loved this property!! The house was spacious and allowed all 4 of us our own space to unwind. The doc was perfect for our boat as well as our kayaks. Kids loved the ping pong table in the basement while my boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the upper level decks that look out to the lake!! We Will definitely be scheduling another stay here next summer!!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! Everything that we needed was there and the owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had! I would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful setting, calm & peaceful great house with lots of space for large group. Well stocked kitchen, wildlife to see. Slight walkway to the dock. Nice stocked Dollar General 10 minutes from house to pick up little extras you might need, Definitely go to the marina on the Kentucky lake, better prices, better selection of boats, extremely pleasant clientele& very helpful 5 stars to them, lots of restrooms, GREAT LAYOUT OVERALL. Loved our stay, will b going back. Only problem was things close early 9:00 so get your gas, & food early.

The house was perfect, Beautiful setting, lots of wildlife, which made it very enjoyable. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of space for a larger group. Definitely peaceful & quiet. The area could use more restaurants & gas stations to stay open later, 9:00 is a bit to early to closeup. We used the Dollar store the most. Definitely going back, going to stop at Sams stock up, bringing our food with us. Wish they had a boat rental in that area, we had a dock, but no place to rent a boat that we could park it at our dock.😜 Kentucky lake has the the best marina Lots of choices, best prices, great service, very friendly. Definitely going back THERE 5 Stars to them

Very clean house inside. The basement is being renovated and there was building debris outside. The walkway to the dock is in need of repair, some sections are falling apart. The house could use some games and puzzles when it rains, or even extra stuff like a canoe or kayak for the lake. The house isn't far from local restaurants or the grocery store. Convenient location to land between the lakes and other local sites. Enjoyed being on the lake and the beautiful views. All in all, the house is very clean and it is a very relaxing area to stay.

Easy to arrange

The structure of the house is well divided - clean with enough space, and beautiful surroundings. Communication with the landlord was easy and so friendly. One of the best vacation homes I have visited.

The listing was accurate with plenty of room for all of our crew. We came down to ride at LBL and had a couple of trailers. Ample space in the driveway for one truck and trailer, possibly two, but the drive is a steep incline so we opted to park the other truck and trailer at the top blocking the driveway. Still a good place to stay if you're riding though. GREAT communication from the owners and will definitely consider this home in the future if we come to the area again.
