This is a gem in the busy DE beach area! Large spaces, plenty of bedrooms, parking(!!), and a wonderful community pool right across the street. And we could walk to downtown rehoboth for dinner and drinks very easily. Thanks for a great stay!

We liked the house and that it was walkable to town and beach. The house needs some care and Updated. House did not have items for ten people I reached out but nothing was done. Someone needs to inventory the kitchen Mattress in master bedroom was in poor shape Chair with a broken leg. Hole in the wall in living room. It needs some care

The townhouse was perfect for our group location and size/room wise. There were some minor issues with damage to walls and some stains on the couch and draperies. Also, the electricity suddenly went out in two bedrooms, which was an inconvenience for the people staying in those rooms. Thank you!

Wonderful property in a great location

Very nice. Just down the street from the wonderful Revelation Brewery

Stayed 3 nights with 8 family members for wedding. Lots of space in a safe gated community not far from downtown Rehobeth Beach and Lewes. Clean. 4 bedrooms and 5 baths (each bedroom has own bath) were nice. Beds were okay. Some furnishings could stand refreshing. All in all a nice place.

Fast response to address needs

We had a great stay at this property! We stayed here for 10 days for a vacation/family wedding with our four adult children. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Loved that there were so many bathrooms, and the extra refrigerator in the garage was great too. Another big plus for us was extra parking right inside the community. Especially because we live about 6 hours away and our children were all driving down at separate times. So it was a concern of mine when looking for a place to stay. One of our favorite things about the Rehoboth area are the wonderful bike paths, and the Breakwater path that goes to Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park is right outside of the gate. It was about a mile to the beach, and we mostly drove because we had a big group. Even though it was August, it wasn't hard to find a spot (meter parking) a block or two from the beach. Especially if you timed it right and went a few blocks south of Rehoboth Ave. beach. We walked and rode our bikes a few times too. We loved being able to walk to lots of great bars and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. and Rte 1. We would definitely stay here again!
