It was so lovely to stay here. Truly, the space, location, and design of the interior was spot on. We absolutely loved it. I had to hide some of the “breakable items” for the children b/c i didn’t wanna take any chances. Other thank the spacious interior, Ms. Sinclair and Ms. Melissa were very generous and kind to us. Thank y’all so much for your patience and hospitality. Truly worth coming here again, hopefully w/out the kiddos (lol).

Enjoyed visiting and wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful condo, very tidy, all the necessities available! All staff in reception and house keeping were very courteous! Scheduling was simple and Miss Kitty's kept us frequently informed on all the updates.

The property has always been a very good place . One thing l love to do there is have my coffee on the porch outside. There were two dog’s barking continuously at me. I know it bothered several guest there. They were helpful.

216 is a great condo and would love to book it again. Alas, such a bad experience at checkout and the physical pain I am still in today, I doubt we will be back. It's not worth the good time we had while there. Miss Kitty's was great. Very clear directions at all points. Checkin was very easy as well.
Experience with the yahoo at checkout time who wouldn't help and who was impatient with people going up and down was worst of all. And then to say he was on top of things and didn't do that was obnoxious!!!

We love staying at Laguna Reef. My 2 boys loved going there as kids and now want to carry on the tradition with their kids. Had the opportunity to buy one of the condos years ago…wish I had. Very experienced and helpful. We wanted to extend our stay for a day and with a few clicks on the computer…done…and we were lucky enough to get to stay in the same room.

We have stayed at Laguna Reef many times over the past several years this one was not as enjoyable due to the AC being out hopefully one day the one that we truly enjoy rented will be back on the market to rent. I’m hoping it was just this particular apartment. Overall the apartment was nice it was clean but the AC in Texas he’s definitely a problem Didn’t feel that the office staff communicated well with each other it should not have taken five days to locate a fan to accommodate the lack of AC in the living room at our apartment
