Excellent location combined with clean rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant has good quality food, I wish it would open until later at night. The breakfast buffet is very complete, an a la carte option would be a good idea for the not so hungry ones.

The room was very spacious & clean. The mini fridge never got cold though. We had a great view of a beautiful church just outside our window. All the attractions were walkable.

Nice hotel in the Mittel of the city Room good.. and nice toilet Bar man not good service My wife ask for ice cube in her Can and he give her 3!!! Bad service.. 30 degree outside..

Nice hotel to stay in Bremen. Well located in the central area of town.

Condition and cleanliness were excellent. Personnel professional. Prime location for access to city centre. This also means the surrounding streets are noisy with vehicle and foot traffic into the early hours of morning. This would normally not impact sleep if windows are able to be closed. and air conditioning were working. As it was, our stay was extremely disappointing with stifling room temperatures. After mentioning our concern to the reception, a technician was sent to check our a/c which got the fan going but still only warm air was circulated. No one from the front desk followed up whether our concerns had been addressed. - A hotel of this calibre not even providing the basic amenity of a normal room temperature? Sorry, will not be staying again.

Not the cheapest but nice and new with a good location short from the old town.

Close to the sights and decent gym. However, room was sparse, bed uncomfortable, bad a/c and property lacked usual amenities (limited room service, not a great breakfast which is usually great in Germany, sauna didn’t work)

Despite having upgrade rooms available - The VIP Gold upgrade was not honoured and the staff simply lied to avoid having to upgrade me.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited, and not just in Germany.

I only stayed one night and the room was a good size and clean. I found the bed to be a bit too hard and uncomfortable. Also the sound insulation in the building is not so good. I was on the top floor so above noise was not an issue but I could hear a neighboring room's tv until quite late which did disturb my sleep somewhat. I ordered room service which was prompt and good and the breakfast was also decent.

The hotel is in a great location very close by to all the main attractions in Bremen. It’s modern with nice rooms & a very practical bathroom. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bremen.
