Great stay to visit Red Rocks for a concert!

The cable selection in the room was far less than expected. When I called the front desk all I was told was "I'm sorry" I don't know how to fix it.

Best place to stay for a Red Rocks Concert! Staff was very helpful directing us to get the shuttlebus. Convenient that the hotel located at a shopping center for food and booze needs but it was a little loud in the morning when the gas station opened.
Bar Staff and Front Desk were all super friendly!

Stayed for a concert at Red Rocks. Was the perfect location &’opted to take the shuttle service offered which was excellent as well. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay.

The hotel was awesome. We stayed here for the convenience to the red rocks. The only downfall is the service at the restaurant. The food was tasty, but the 2 waiters on duty didn’t seem to want to be there. They had 5 tables between them and we all had the same disappointment on our faces.

No clue how this is a 4 star hotel. Stains on the wall, lack of decor, dirty floors, uncomfortable bed and it creaked every time you moved. Would definitely not stay here again.

Good location for Red Rocks concert. No one was there to check us in when we arrived, and the employee was somewhat short with us and didn't apologize when he did arrive at the desk, but everyone else was very friendly. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. We loved the atmosphere. We would stay there again if we came back for a Red Rocks concert.

Was fantastic stay. The bar and food was excellent as was the service. Really like the fact we could take a bus to our concert from the hotel.

We flew in for the Sammy Hagar concert at the Red Rocks Amphitheater. Experience was absolutely amazing along with Origins staff and shuttles. Thank you we will definitely be back❤️

Great place to stay if your seeing a show at Red Rocks. The staff was super friendly and accommodating for a late check out and to store our luggage after check out since we had a late flight. The hotel had a great vibe! My only complaint was a lot of free weights were missing from the gym and we could only get warm (not hot) water for our showers. Beds were super comfortable. Room was very clean.

We thought this property was near historical downtown and near a lot of restaurants but it really isn't at all.
The nice thing is that we could take a shuttle to Red Rocks for our concert. That was supper convenient.
The bed squeaked bad so one of us moved it squeaked and woke the other up. Not great mattresses or pillows.
For a high end property the sheets don't fully fit the mattress les and slid off easily

I didn’t think it was fair to be charged additional money because we were early. I never been charged for an early check in if the room was ready.

The hotel was clean enough and staff friendly enough but honestly stay in Denver proper. There is nothing to do/nowhere to eat around here. Not worth the closeness to red rocks in my opinion. I did find this hotel to be a bit overpriced, it’s nice but it’s not THAT nice

Great location for going to Red Rocks! The only negatives to our stay - our room wasn't ready until 5:00, the pillows were lumpy, our A/C in our room stopped working but luckily the door to the system was open and I turned it off and back on and it started working again. I would stay here again if going to RR.

It is very close to Red Rocks so very convenient for concerts. TV did not work in our room and housekeeping had to help up to get the refrigerator to work in a different outlet. It wasn't as clean as it could have been. Service at the front desk was wonderful, however!

Location was great - easy to get to and rooms were nice. Restaurant in the hotel was terrible - we didn’t even finish our meal the steak we ordered medium rare was like a hockey puck.

Ate at the hotel’s restaurant and waitress wasn’t friendly. Bed was comfortable but the walls are so thin you can hear everything people are saying. Went to shower and we only had two towels in our bathroom and one was covered in yellow stains. Checkout was 11:00am and housekeeping started knocking on doors at 8:30am and being very loud in hallways. Was super frustrated with this because we paid a lot to stay at this hotel and felt like we were being pushed out early. Told front desk about this and they did say sorry but nothing else. Location was great but next time we’ll stay in Golden. This place is way overpriced for what you get or don’t.

The hotel is in a fun location. You have a bar, restaurant, coffee cafe and salon near you. The hotel restaurant is wonderful with great service. The bed is comfy.

Room was not ready at 5pm. Bed was awful. No in-room tea and when I went to lobby they had nothing caffeinated.
