Untrained Restaurant's staff and slow elevators

I did feel secure with the camera presence on the property. And it’s a gated community which says a lot. The people at the restaurant was especially friendly! And warm!

The inconsistency with the temperature in the room. The heat was on even though it was not that cold outside. It made me uncomfortable and eventually physically sick. There’s also a smell in the bathroom that I couldn’t gauge.

staff not helpful , not trained, breakfast varieties not much , checked one night early and the management said its fine and they will refund the money but did not ,not answering emails or phones

Really loved the view from the room

The location was pretty hard to get to, was also very hard to get taxis from there. Definitely was expecting more from a 5* hotel in terms of amenities! Restaurant is extremely overpriced for what you get.

The room was spacious and clean. The view was great. The staff was friendly

The restaurant closes at 21:00 and there is no other option to eat. You have to order food in some third-party delivery service or call a taxi to the city center. Both options are extremely time-consuming due to hotel location. Nobody warned us about this. Also the aquapark and spa center is pretty far away from the hotel. So after visiting saunas, hot baths and massage you have to walk about 500 meters on foot on a windy road. It's easy to catch a cold this way.
