it was a great apartment and we really appreciated how bathroom was attached to the studio. This made such a difference and we loved it

Great place and localization, very nice and helpful owner of the place! Room was also clean. Nearby you have shops and local restaurants, neighborhood is very quite and save.

Very nice and communicative host! Located in a very nice area, but 40min walk to the historical centre. The bathroom was new and very clean, the room was big and well equiped, good wi-fi. We enjoyed the stay and would recomend!!

The private bathroom is located outside the room, in a shared corridor. The kitchen could be a little more clean. The walls are very thin so you can hear the other rooms. But it's a nice place in spite of that!

Having access to an iron would have been useful. Hot water in shower was very poor, but it seems like there was a problem with it, which they were attempting to fix whilst I was there. I was expecting the apartment to have a TV, but it didn't...though it turned out that wasn't a big deal for me.

Location was good, it is near to bus stop and there are markets, cafes and restaurants around the hotel. it was clean and hot room. There is a well-equipped kitchen. They provide towel.

Stairs in the corridor is made by wood so it is very noisy when someone is entering to or leaving from his/ her room. It takes some time to get hot water in the bathroom, not so long but you need to wait very few mins. Heating regulator with remote control is not fixed good, it may fall down while you are trying to regulate it and then it may not work properly so you need to get support from the staff. At the beginning staff told me that they are not providing invoice, I should request it from booking.com but after I contacted to booking.com, property provided to me the invoice.

A TV would be needed

Location was perfect in a very nice and cool district in Etterbeek of Brussels. Easy check-in process. The host was super friendly, flexible with time, and helpful. Rating the studio 10/10 as being fully cost-effective for the facilities it offers in such a price.
