The property was as described in the pictures. What I really liked about the property was the kitchen and the little dining area, it made the ambience more comfortable and homely. The property was clean and had windows which were accessible and gave it the classic apartment style of look. The telly gives you access to Netflix and YouTube without having to sign in which I thought was great. All the little details such as the cutlery to cook, microwave, toaster, kettle were useful. I would recommend coming back here if you wanna escape away for the night or just for a little me time.

What I didn’t like about the property was that there were inadequate towels and less tissue rolls. This was resolved immediately by the landlord which was very much appreciated as she showcased that she went above and beyond for her guests. What I would recommend to the landlord for future references, is to maybe provide some water bottles in the fridge and some toast and butter for any one feeling peckish in the morning as there was nothing in the fridge.

The kitchen facilities and the location was the best part. WiFi included is a bonus.

It was very dirty. The bed linen had red spots of dirt all over it and the apartment had left over make up scrubs from past bookings. The drawers in the toilet were also very dirty.

Our small (2-person) apartment was clean, warm, well appointed and comfortable. You wouldn't want to spend a great deal of time in it, because it's tiny, but as a self-catering base it's fine, and better value than the motel chains it's competing against. The part-residential building itself is quiet and public areas are clean, carpeted and litter-free. Nice view across Perry Park. There are some local shops, and a big Aldi a couple of miles north on the A34, if you want to do a food shop on the way. The usual tea bags/coffee/milk are provided. Great for a short stay, or if you'll be out most of the time.

The car park is too small for the building, so you need to arrive before the tenants get back from work if you want a spot, though you can park on the (busy) Church Road if necessary. In the kitchen, there is just 2 of everything (plates, cups, knives, forks ...), which, although it's arguably sufficient, wouldn't work well for more than one course and feels a bit stingy. There is some road noise, as you'd expect from the location; light sleepers might want to take ear plugs/eye mask.

Nothing not to like

Great facilities and nice layout. Great value for money.

Few areas needs a touch up. Bits of mould in the bathroom and around the windows in bedroom. Very loud music was being played all night for the adjacent room.

Too many signs inside , do this get this charged , etc . Your there for some peace and enjoyment . Rules should be there on booking page and thats it. Kettle was green inside . No washing-machine . Its got cold heating was not that great

Shower / bathroom door 🚪 could do with some work not much the bottom bit of the shower door elastic part needs to be changed as well some work with upper wall in the shower as it has minor dump arising but nothing major I suppose also TV could be better with a smart one been put in space for better experience for consumers. Close to main road and motorway

Basic apartment but not worth the 186 for 3 nights sun-mon. Car park is not good fills up very quick with only aprox 10 spaces

Apartment was fairly clean. Beds REALLY comfy.

The double glazing was really poor in flat 6. We could hear the road all night and there was quite a draft.

Cooking facilities were excellent including dining area. Bathroom clean modern easy check in out .

The bed was very uncomfortable and bedroom wardrobe was broken and worn unlike the other facilities which were excellent

Location

Noise - outside in car park at the back of the building. Despite requiring guests to respect the quiet hours, there are actually no consequences. Youths arguing outside the window is not conducive of a relaxing atmosphere. Bathroom sink - when style is prioritised over substance and practicality. The sink drains extremely slowly so you can see the remnants of dirt left behind after washing your face or brushing your teeth. Cost - almost £100 for 1 night in a very small apartment. Have paid half this for a better apartment. Amenities - 2 English tea bags, nothing else edible. Rules - framed and hung on the window as a reminder, a laminated no smoking sign near the bedroom.

I really like the layout of the accommodation and it was very comfortable The ensuite bathroom was a good size, and the bedrooms were great.

The apartment was well appointed.

The bed was very uncomfortable (very firm mattress) and with the room being main road facing it was extremely noisy (up to about 3am) so it was only possible to get around 3-4 hours proper sleep. The windows had very little soundproofing.

Black mould in the shower, hairs on the bed, stains on the sofa, strange rules with fines to give it that ‘prison feel’ what’s not to like!!!

You get what you pay for, next time I will pay a little more for a cleaner more comfortable stay. Photos and reviews very misleading!!

The place was quiet and the bed VERY COMFY (hard matress) It's a nice amount of space and you will find everything you will need

We arrive around 9pm first night and i did mention that we will arrive late. The windows were fully open. Its was super cold for at least 1 hour. Then the heater works pretty well. It was not clean, most of the things were dirty. The floor, there was hair everywhere, the pillows of the sofa were super dirty. We almost didn't want to sleep on the bed, we had to check if the linens were clean.. the kitchen plates/fork and knives were not clean still oil on them. And we had only one toilet paper rolls and it wasn't even full since probably the last guest started to used it. I send them a message to explain the situation. They came to bring another roll and to "clean the sofa" it's was impossible to feel comfortable in this place. I will not recommend it.

Bathroom was modern and tidy

Short curly hairs in the bed (don’t want to assume they’re from anyone’s area) but I ended up using the blanket as a quilt. Showers plumbing is terrible kept overflowing. Black mould around base of shower
