This was our second time to stay at Jay’s house! Both times it was spotless! You can tell he goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy! We had an awesome stay for our 6 nights in Surfside. The view from the front deck cannot be beat! We loved watching the waves roll in, and seeing the ships come in and out by the jetty was fantastic. The house was very clean and just as listed/pictured. It was more than enough space to accommodate my family of 5 (2yo, 5yo, and 9yo) and also my parents. The house came fully stocked with coffee and supplies, toiletries, kitchen appliances and utensils, pots and pans, etc. The grill on the deck was in great shape and convenient to use. We just got home this evening and are already missing our rental. Jay was great at communicating with us prior to check in, during our stay, and after we had checked out. He was kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a great house in Surfside look no further!

We had a great weekend at Jay’s place. Beachfront location is perfect with awesome ocean view especially the sunrise. Home was clean and space was perfect for our family of 7. My son was able to surf, and we all had a relaxing weekend just watching the waves and some ships come and go.
